What the hell happened to this place? I just got put on hold twice without even getting a hello,we decided to give up and they called us back and told us they could take our order now. That's not how a pizza place works! Will never spend money here again

Not sure how they get 4 stars. Absolutely horrible! We used to order from here all the time. We decided that we would order since the pembroke location was up and running. I paid $60 for cold pizza that had wrong toppings. I called to complain and the manager kept calling me Sir even after I told him I was a woman. It was insulting and I will never return to this location!!!

Received raw chicken wings and instead of sending out a new delivery was told I could have a $7 store credit or nothing.

Just ordered the last pizza our family will ever order from Pizza Hut. Rude phone service, and you're charging me $3.50 to remove black olives from a large pizza and replace with green olives. Ridiculous! Pizza was late, pizza had very small amount of toppings to begin with, & crust was soggy & uncooked in spots. Gross. Never again. I'll keep going to Joe's Pizzeria or anywhere else. See ya.
