I've been here a few times and unfortunately am not sure if I will be back. They have a very extensive menu with many unique items which is nice, although their fruit teas are too sweet for my liking. I try to avoid making too modifications to avoid causing any difficulties to the staff, so its partially on me for not asking if they can adjust the sweetness. However, the main issue I've encountered is the last few times I have been the service has been very unfriendly. I'm not sure if this is a general issue for people who come here or not, but for me the past few times I've come here I've felt really uncomfortable by the staff and I don't really feel welcome coming back. I'd love to know why exactly this approach is being taken, especially as I would have liked to come back in the future but for now think I'll steer clear.

I usually love their boba teas and have had great service the last three times I visited. However, during my most recent visit(September 15th around 2pm), a middle-aged blonde woman in a white dress with a blue pattern gave me very negative energy. When I asked her if my tea flavor combination was good, she completely ignored me. Her facial expression felt very disrespectful.

I had been excited and looking forward to a good day, but her customer service and attitude completely ruined the experience. The boba tea itself was good, but I left feeling very disappointed.

I had the best strawberry iced matcha today. I also love the banana milk tea with blueberry popping boba.

Sip Stirs is my little downtown joy. I pop in for coffee milk tea and it hits every time, always fresh, creamy, and made with love. As a certified tapioca snob, I’m obsessed because they make the pearls fresh daily and the chew is perfect. The shop is cute, the shelves are dangerous (in the best way), and the energy is all smiles. Lisa and Julie are absolute sweethearts. They make it feel like you’re visiting friends who also nail drinks and treats. Stellar service, cozy vibes, 10/10, now stop reading and just go now! Sip Stirs is my little downtown joy. Hands down best smoothie and coffee shop in the Ottawa Valley!! Their smoothies are so thick and creamy and always feel like a treat. Love how they use whole ingredients with no fillers and have a wide variety on the menu. Also love the avocado toast made with sourdough and almond lattes. They use a local micro roaster for their coffee beans so they are fresh unlike big chains who use mass produced beans. My favourite “fast food” in town. 5+++

This place is amazing! Whether you are looking for a bubble tea, smoothie, coffee, tea, latte, smoothie bowl, or a sweet treat there is something for everyone. They also have vegan, gluten- free, and dairy free options.
The staff is friendly, always greeting with a smile and ready to recommend something. The vibe of the shop is cozy and laid-back, so it’s the perfect spot to chill with a friend or grab a quick treat.
They also cater events!
If you’re a fan of bubble tea or smoothies, this is hands down the place to go.

Have gone a few times to have the “Funky in the Valley” smoothie. Lots of smoothie places make this kind of smoothie and I usually love them but here they always taste watered down. $9._ _ for a mid sized watered down smoothie is a lot. There are tastier, more reasonably priced options in the area. On top of that, last time I went the employee did not greet me or smile at all. Very unpleasant and I was uncomfortable. That was the final straw. Will not be going back.
