Fantastic shop with much more to offer than just Bubble Tea. I was in Pembroke for a weekend and this quickly became my go-to coffee spot. Great coffee from Fluid out of Almonte. I also had the sushi on Saturday and it was awesome. All of that being said everything I had from here was topped by the great service we received. My only complaint is that I don't live closer!

I bought a bubble tea at this place a couple times, it tasted really good and fresh. The problem is a terrible service by a young woman with light/red hair. Each time I went by the place, she made me feel unwelcome, gave me looks and just had an unpleasant attitude. Not planning to go back there.

We heard about this place "Sip Stirs" from our nieces daughter. My wife and I each had one of their bowls. Awesome service, bowls tasted great! Would highly recommend this spot. Cheers!

Went in for my 1st time and was so excited about GF options and wanted to support local. I was told by the lady behind the counter to calm down as she wasnāt ready to serve me. (Yes, she said calm down to my remark of YAY GF snacks!) I did buy 1/2 dozen GF snacks and a drink. I thought she had a bad day (we all do!) so i went back in with my friend on my bday and asked what they could recommend as a good GF snack and drink. I was asked if I was āfrom hereā cuz id know the GF is available on Thursdays ?!i was shocked and for the record I am from around here ! Another review mentioned the person maybe had an off dayā¦no smile no greeting (maybe we were there same day?!) i did get some items paid and left. No thank you for coming (we were only ones in there) . I was my bday and I hyped the place up to my friend who said it didnāt have a good vibe. Yes I tried a 3rd time and asked for a a GF bowl, they made it on a non-cleaned up cutting board (after making someone else avocado toast) i couldnāt believe that they didn't clean the cutting board or the knife and use the same knife for everything. I did pay but threw it out as cross contamination is a real issue with celiac. I tried to like this place but its not welcoming nor to they understand dietary restrictions which is key if your selling food/drink IMO. I really debating writing this review but i think its important as i dont want others to get sick who have dietary /health issues.

Thank you for having the option to make the avocado toast stirs GF with the strawberry blonde cheese bagel. Itās delicious! I also love that I can pick up GF treats for my kids and know that you are taking the necessary precautions to prevent cross contamination. Each time we visit we always enjoy our treats and look forward to returning. Thanks for being a spot that is welcoming to families with little ones too!

Edit: They have since added an Okiwana brown sugar milk tea and it is amazing! Very glad that is now on the menu!!
