Great Subway Establishment, definitely my favorite Subway in Pembroke, great service, enough tables and chairs and a bathroom, pretty clean environment, Recommend if your looking for Subway to go to this one

Absolutely terrible place. Only plain whole-wheat or Italian sub. Assorted cold cut was 2 different thinly sliced meat. Toppings well that was pathetic. That consisted choice of black olives, seethrough cucumbers, wilted lettuce, thinly slice tomatoes, and two different peppers.Refused to take coupon and never said anything till I questioned the price. Subway is Nothing like they were that’s for sure. Last time I go there. Cost $21.22 could have made my own subs for less than that.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is the third time this has happened.Also note. I LOVE subway and its been my favourite for years.Every single time I've gone to this specific subway the staff are rude and dont listen, they have overcharged an order they got wrong, and dont even make the order right.A good example was earlier today I ordered a cold cut combo on italian herbs and cheese not toasted not grilled with mayo, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers and extra mayo (which i dont mind the extra mayo charge thats not my issue here). The staff member didnt put any meat on it like a cold cut normally has, she didnt even ask what cheese I wanted and I never got cheese or meat on my sandwhich, i got everything else just fine because its in a specific order. But the basics to the cold cut didnt even be there. Than, than she pretty much doubled the price (which I still paid for).The staff working was extremely passive aggressive and made the whole atmosphere awful.I am not going to this specific location.I've never had issues in any other location except this one which I was overcharged AND my order was wrong.To anyone else wanting to go to this specific location. I reccomend taking the extra time to go to the downtown one.

Honestly I understand you need to train new workers and they are hard to come by, but the young woman in there today was rude and bitter the whole process. Just clueless on how to make a salad. Moreover the lettuce bin was brown and turning, nothing looked particularly fresh at all. I also asked for a chicken sidekick and they offered me a literal 3 inch chicken nugget to be the entire meat for the sandwich. I told them I didn’t want it if that was the portion size. I’ve had both these meals at much more hygienic, fresher, more friendly subways. Stay away

Ordered through app super busy which I get totally understandable. However staff was rude about it. Super dissapointed. I don't order for rude service. Usually staff is kind. I don't mind waiting but manners and politeness would go a long way....
