The signs advertise all day coffee. I went in around 7:45am, caffeine deficient, only to be told they don't serve coffee. At all.
Perhaps a sign update is needed.

Order a 12 inch. Got home an as a professional cook, noticed the size diffrence right away. Thought i was going crazy so i got out an inch messuring tape.... wasnt subway already sued for this once in canada? Dont they ever learn. (Sorry for my messy table). Im not impressed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only entrance is about a 6 inch high step and no wheelchair ramp therefore is NOT wheelchair accessible. subways in the east / west end malls are both accessible

Haven't been to this location in over a year. They can be stingy with the ingredients and not happy when you bring in money-saving coupons as I've been told they don't make much money on a coupon. That is a problem that should be taken up with the franchise--not discussed and negotiated with the customer.
Decided to give them another chance today and there was an older lady serving me. Asked for extra sauce on my pizza sub as they put a minimal amount on to begin with. She gave me an extra tablespoon or two. Asked for more please and was told she can't give me more sauce. Keep in mind I got a pizza sub and the only extra ingredient I got besides the pepperoni and cheese was green peppers.
Having to negotiate an ingredient on my sub is a negotiation in life I can do without. So will go back to a business that makes me feel valued and doesn't involve a negotiation and feeling awkward in asking for a sub to my liking.

Ordered two 12" subs, one with a chocolate milk and doritos, for delivery through the Subway app. Did not receive the chocolate milk or doritos. Only thing that came up in the app was to contact the store which I did, but they refused to help me and told me to call Door Dash who I didn't use in the first place and have no information to contact them. Now this awful store and their very rude staff have my money and I don't have all of my items for my son's meal. This has been some of the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant.

Got here at 145 ordered sat down started eating. The woman working made a sub and was eating toppings the while time the man did the exact same thing . The sub was a pick up order for a nice lady I told her about it thats just gross. Never ever again am I ordering

Says it's open till 10pm, but when you show up at 9:40pm it's closed. Sucks that I wasted my time coming here rather than going somewhere else that also closes at 10, now I can't eat.
