I’m new to Pembroke and stopped through the drive thru on a weekday. A very nice experience with a lady at the window, I pulled over to wait for my order and she even brought treats out for my pups. Thank you. We will be back. Food was perfect too

The service at the window was warm and pleasant, but when I opened my order once home, I didn't have any sauce for my ceasar salad. Last time I ordered at the drive-thru, I didn't have my salad at all. The food is alright, but always check your order throughly before leaving the place.

Nothing against the actual restaurant but Swiss Chalet, their gravy is always funky tasting. Rather St-Hubert any day. Actual location has great employees.

Food is good. But air-condition needs to be fixed. Been there twice in the last months and roasted trying to eat my meal. This can't be good for the workers or customers.

Food is good, but need to hire new staff. Ignore you for so long while i was there waiting for my pickup order for almost 10 mins while 1 worker made food for other customers and multiple workers walked past me, cleary all noticing someone at the cash. Terrible customer service, if the food wasnt so good i wouldnt be back. 10 for food 1 for bad workers .

Although I will continue to dine at Swiss Chalet, it will not be in Pembroke! This restaurant has horrible customer service!!! 6 out of my past 10 orders have been wrong, or just didn’t show up at all!!! On one occasion while in the restaurant to pick up an order, a customer with their dog and puppy (adorable) were the number one priority as our food came out and sat as the servers enjoyed playing with the puppy, discussing the breed and petting the dog. I finally had to ask if that was my order and they said yes, just a second and continued to enjoy the beautiful puppy. ? This one experience wasn’t the turning point but was the most ridiculous. More than anything I’m disappointed with lack of service, incomplete orders and lack of accountability.

We placed our order online for a 3:45 pickups. At 4:15 they finally found our order sitting on a shelf under the counter!! Needless to say that they will never have our business again!

Great food and atmosphere, good service, other than they always run out of chicken, way b4 closing time. 1 to 2 hrs prior! And it's a bit pricey

I have ordered from here many times. EVERY TIME they have cancelled my order because they have no chicken. after speaking to an employee they told me they do not continually cook chickens for the whole day only in the morning. as a former chef im appalled at how they run this restaurant and will not be ordering again as they do not sell what they are most famous for and even I'd they did have it I would not appreciate day old chicken. get your restaurant in order.

It’s happened way too many times where I order a chicken sandwich with white meat. I drive 20 minutes home to find dark meat and they still charge the extra cost for the white meat. Sometimes they’ll call and say they ran out of white meat but most times they’re too brain dead to think of that.
