My friends and I took a detour to try The Nook Crêperie and I am so thankful we did! No matter where you are going, if you drive past Pembroke, and you have a mouth, do yourself a favor and stop in. The restaurant has a nice patio. The interior is spacious, welcoming, and attractive. Our waitress, Alyssa, was so pleasant and cheerful. She shared her favorites and was an attentive hostess. For the potato lover we highly recommend the potato waffles with sour cream, bacon and chives, you will not be disappointed🤤 Great staff, great prices . We’ll be back!!

This place is a real treat! amazing crepes with an abundance of side options. We were able to get a table for four for Saturday brunch without a reservation. The banana foster yoghurt parfait was 11/10!
