The appetizers did not disappoint.The fish and chips were as advertised, Delicious!! Unfortunately, the steak and mushroom pie tasted like it had been frozen. It was dry (there was absolutely no gravy)! It was too salty, the pie crust was was burnt and the house salad tasted like it had been in the bag for too long. The desserts were divine and the friendly service made the experience an overall enjoyable one.

We celebrated my sister's birthday here on June 17/22 - it wasn't just a meal, it was an experience, a local history lesson, and so much more. Our amazing drinks - wow! What a spectacular place to spend some time. From our wait staff to the outstanding chef's finishing touches it was entirely top drawer service and food. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion. My husband and I stayed at Grey Gables Inn over the long weekend so that we could visit family in the area. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room and spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious and everyone was very kind and friendly.
We left feeling well rested and relaxed and can’t thank everyone enough for being so amazing.
I particularly liked Bella the pup. What a sweet surprise to see her all dressed up each day.
We’ll be sure to stay again next time we are in Pembroke and have already recommended your establishment to family and friends.
