Frequently gets orders wrong.
I'm not one to complain but this is the 6th morning my order has been wrong after saying the order 3 to 4 Tim's in to the speaker in drive threw.... every order is always missing something
Great service, fast and friendly, and my iced coffee from this location is always made right! :)
Every single time I ask for milk in my ice coffee they put cream in it im so sick of having to throw my coffee out from this location I don't want a white ice coffee I want a dark one made with milk!! Just horrible handling of people's orders!

Could have been better. Extra slow not impressed
sad because i ordered a donut, paid for it, got home, and there was no donut. very sad and i literally paid for it
plus i asked for one which she said that they didn’t have any which yeah I understand and then chose another and they still missed it???? devastated
We waited for 5 minutes at the speaker, and nobody talked to us, a second car pulled at the second speaker and left after a minute and I decided to pull to the window and their excuse was the car before me ordered a lot of coffee. They should be able to talk to us and take our order. Very unprofessional
Staff was great! Actually was donuts and fresh!!

Horrendous customer service!! Drive thru window, Feb 18 around noon. The girl didn't even acknowledge my presence...just held out the debit machine, then shoved the 3 items out the window at me. Didn't once look at me, didn't say one single word. She spent the entire time gossiping with a coworker (I could easily hear the catty nastiness about a different coworker). Just awful. If i wasn't in a rush, I would have gone inside to speak to a manager. Do better Tim's.
Sue may be a trainee but she is fantastic. Supper friendly, quick and efficient!
Went to drive through,ordered a coffee two sugar,q cream,received a black coffee,person could not speak English and did not understand to many foreign workers
You need to teach your staff quality control. Received a tea with a torn tea bag and lose tea throughout the drink. Gross. Would have taken 2 seconds to fix it however they served it anyway.
It was horrible service. it was 10:00 and the tim Hortons was open until 11 and they already turned off everything so I couldn't get bagels and ect. and they messed up my coffee order even though they read it through me TWICE.
