It was horrible service. it was 10:00 and the tim Hortons was open until 11 and they already turned off everything so I couldn't get bagels and ect. and they messed up my coffee order even though they read it through me TWICE.

On the left is the cookie from the valley. The pic, and then some Tim’s in Peterborough. This was not the cookie I was dreaming about!? It’s just a little icing and you’re charging over $2 for one cookie!? Do they take it out of their pay-checks? And how much does Oreo icing cost? Cheap cheap cheap

Drive thru is very slow and many times have waited, while the other drive thru side takes 2 cars in a row. Unprofessional. Bagels are barely warm, not toasted (they are white), and all the cream cheese is always on one side only. Disgusting. No more bagels for me.
Coffee is burnt and bitter, obviously old. Coffee cup is never full. If cream goes in first how is it possible to not fill the cup?? Everything is lacking and west end location has really dropped all of its standards. Barely patronize this location anymore.

Quite literally the worst iced capp ever. Waited 10 min in line for crap. Doesn’t even taste good. And the lady served it after looking at it and shrugged. Disgusting. Would recommend driving the extra five minutes to the next tims for better quality

I don't know who was working this morning ( 10am) but, it's service was not great. I usually go here for coffee every morning. The past two days, I've been skipped in the drive-through ( othersides orders taken one after another and not switching sides. Adding to the wait time for me and everyone waiting on the side I was on) when I got to the window. They messed up my order and when I said it was wrong the two younger girls working the drive through started laughing about it, which I didn't think was very funny, their laughing made it feel intentional and not one bit apologetic. I usually don't complain about mix ups as I understand it happens and just carry on, but it felt like they really didn't care and their attitude came across as very rude.
This the way i hear it well we are not paid enough and i agree but we all have started at the bottom as we learn maybe good work ethic punctuality and that taxes suck but when you commit to a job i dont care what the job is you work hard listen respect you're boss listen learn and when you move on to that next job youll find the skills you thought were pointless are actually useful fast food workers make the best workers ita a stepping stone for most ans some its a career nothing wrong with digging in the dirt to find your gold
