Tim Hortons in the east end of Pembroke is terrible recently on evenings and weekends. Friday night they remade my coffee twice and we just drive away eventually because they all tasted like watered down cream. Not sure what happening but someone needs to look into how the evening and weekend shift are making the coffee. Really disapointing.

Waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. No one was taking orders inside at all huge line up in the drive thru and inside. I understand being busy but the workers just ignored everyone inside that's inexcusable. Lots of people got mad and just left. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons, they're is always an issue between the slow service or subpar products. Avoid this Tims and go to one of the other ones. This was the final straw for me and I'm sure many others.

Tried to order a pumpkin spice latte, but they said they could not make them tonight at 745pm, so I got a coldbrew instead. The one time my cold brew was actually made with the esspresso foam, they used expired cream. I got one sip into it and had to pull over down the highway to spit it out because it was so sour. Lumps and all, how did you guys not notice when making it! Why!? It has litteral chunks of sour dairy in it!

The location is convenient, but there is often what appears to be curdled cream floating at the top of the coffee. Other locations in the area don't seem to have this issue.
The place needs to be looked into Manager only highers his own kind I saw the manager and supervisors many times I’ve walked in and waited forever, yelling and snapping / clapping at their staff . Horrible service, Slow
Super convenient location for my way to work. Staff is friendly. Clean. Sometimes they're busy and sometimes they're not. I've never had an overly bad experience there.

Drive thru lanes are down to one. Line is to the road. Inside isn’t much better, only 1 maybe 2 people working counter. Some guy ordering everyone around but not helping. Seems like they take one order, make the stuff and get payment then take the next person in line ON DRIVE THRU. Ridiculous. Also said thank you and wasn’t expecting much back but the two people at the window were speaking Spanish and didn’t t me at all. Best iced Capps in Pembroke tho
