I am visiting with family and have stopped in twice First time no one asked if they could help they just stood there talking with each other. Second time I started to order and after trying to find a Price on something the staff person walked away frustrated and started helping another customer at the other cashier space. I will not be going back. Poor customer service !!

Tim Hortons in the east end of Pembroke is terrible recently on evenings and weekends. Friday night they remade my coffee twice and we just drive away eventually because they all tasted like watered down cream. Not sure what happening but someone needs to look into how the evening and weekend shift are making the coffee. Really disapointing.

Waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. No one was taking orders inside at all huge line up in the drive thru and inside. I understand being busy but the workers just ignored everyone inside that's inexcusable. Lots of people got mad and just left. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons, they're is always an issue between the slow service or subpar products. Avoid this Tims and go to one of the other ones. This was the final straw for me and I'm sure many others.
I could be having a really bad day and if Kate (almost sure that’s her name) greets me on the speaker my whole day just changes and I feel much better. She is genuinely such a good person.

Tried to order a pumpkin spice latte, but they said they could not make them tonight at 745pm, so I got a coldbrew instead. The one time my cold brew was actually made with the esspresso foam, they used expired cream. I got one sip into it and had to pull over down the highway to spit it out because it was so sour. Lumps and all, how did you guys not notice when making it! Why!? It has litteral chunks of sour dairy in it!

The location is convenient, but there is often what appears to be curdled cream floating at the top of the coffee. Other locations in the area don't seem to have this issue.
