Disgusting.

I ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers and I got home and there was nothing on them, just this disgusting cheese sauce. That's it. No bacon no tomatoe no lettuce no mayo nothing. And the chili cheese fries were cold, saugy and fries tasted old

Great location. Staff are all friendly. Hard to have a favorite team member when there are so many great ones there. Manager says a genuine hello to regular customers.

every time i order delivery i never get my chili in my order this has happened at least 5 times the staff needs to pay attention when packing orders for delivery

I have bought food here before on multiple occasions, but today was my last visit to Wendy's, the person who was putting my order together, was sampling my fries before putting them in the bag, then he gave them to be like nothing happened!! It was terribly disgusting to see.
I will NEVER return to this disgusting place!!!

Worst experience ever at this location.

I ordered 4 spicy asiago ranch chicken club without bacon and specifically asked for chicken only burger. They gave me burger with bacon. On asking for a replacement Christine rudely said that she will charge me extra and she will not replace for their mistake. She says that picture shows photo of bacon but there is no description on the board. She clearly has no clue what she is selling at this food joint. Having her as a manager of Wendy’s shows that they are having limited to no option of hiring good and deserving people in the team and I am sure I am not the first one to leave a feedback of poor and discriminatory service.

I could see racism due to my colour in her message and on her face clearly. It is a shame they are still living in stone age mind set.

I have tried Wendy’s before at another locations and they deserve better staff at this location.

It deserves 0 star but unfortunately google does not allow it.

Disappointed in the ownership and management. The A la carte option is something we utilize as a family (allergies) and we've never had an issue until we came to Pembroke. The manager refuses to sell the patty on it's own and wants to charge an entire burger. The staff are very rude when asked why and didn't have a better answer than "my manger won't do it". This is an option offered through Wendy's and refusing to sell something because the manager doesn't feel like it, isn't a good enough excuse. I'd like someone to reach out before this gets sent to corporate. Thank you.
