Went through the drive through, ordered a bit of food, payed, and was waiting for it, like normal, when âServer 103â (as said on the receipt) (he had no name tag) told me, without me initiating anything, that he had accidentally overcharged me, and gave me a refund immediately. I was very appreciative of the fact that he was open and fixed his mistake right away. I know a lot of people in his position, at 11:00 PM, wouldnât have cared. Great costumer service, and food has always been good enough to keep coming back!
Edit: got home and realized they gave me the wrong sized Frosty (got a small, ordered and payed for a medium). Not the end of the world, but I bumped it down a star

Disgusting.
I ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers and I got home and there was nothing on them, just this disgusting cheese sauce. That's it. No bacon no tomatoe no lettuce no mayo nothing. And the chili cheese fries were cold, saugy and fries tasted old

I have bought food here before on multiple occasions, but today was my last visit to Wendy's, the person who was putting my order together, was sampling my fries before putting them in the bag, then he gave them to be like nothing happened!! It was terribly disgusting to see. I will NEVER return to this disgusting place!!!

The drink machine was terrible. The drinks were flat, no ice also. Had to go to Timâs for a coffee. Threw out our drinks.
