I had the pleasure of being served by Tilly during my recent visit to Boston Pizza and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The bar was busy, but Tilly handled it with calm professionalism and never let the quality of service slip. It’s clear that she take pride in the craft and genuinely enjoy what they do. If you're looking for top-tier service and expertly made drinks, I highly recommend sitting at bar. Last Thursday my wife went for dinner and the food was mediocre but the service was hands down the best and friendly service we have had, Natalie made my wife and I enjoy our dinner out, the chicken tacos didn’t have a whole lot of meat and was a little disappointed but not to bad. Boston Pizza is a great place to come with friends and have a good time over drinks and food. It's also good for watching sports. Their menu is based on items like wings, ribs, burgers, and pizza. I had the ribs and wings plate. It was good.
I was told to grab a seat in the bar and waited for over 20 minutes with no recognition or a menu. It wasn't busy at all. Customer awareness not evident. Watch your cctv, I'm the guy in the baseball hat sitting near the bar. 5pm Aug 8th. Got up and went to Kelsey's.
