Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We thoroughly enjoyed our dessert at this Dairy Queen while visiting Petawawa! It was very clean and inviting. Xander was so patient while we took our time deciding and gave the best recommendation — adding marshmallow fluff to my chocolate sundae (highly recommend!). I love seeing young teens work so hard and be so polite. Keep up the great work!

Alright so the manager guy Chris best customer service I’ve seen at any fast food joint very personable and takes the time to make you laugh also he’s one hell of a up seller 🤣 they need more of this guy thanks Chris for the whole basket of fries 🤣😂

This is nice Dairy Queen conveniently located in Petawawa. The restaurant inside is nice and big with plenty of seating. There is also 4 tables with umbrellas outside to enjoy your ice cream. The service is quick and we especially enjoyed the greeter named Tucker who came by a few times to check in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Tucker was friendly and efficient. He added a more enjoyable experience to our DQ stop!! If we’re back in Petawawa, we will be sure to stop in here again!!

My fries were stale. Chicken fingers ice cold. The girl who was making my food threw a fit because she made it as take in and not take out...next time dont be rude to the customer. It takes no time to switch it out. Wont be back again

Not only did they not have bananas for my banana split, they now charge for ketchup…$0.40. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a thing for ketchup. Already overpriced and now it’s another reason to avoid it.

The sundaes were visibly under filled, food was cold, no dips, and instead of no cheese I seemingly got extra cheese...

Ordered a mini cookie dough with skor. I got 1 piece of cookie dough in my blizzard. 1!!!!!

The manager at this location has the best customer service skills I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. If meritocracy is real, this man deserves to be on top. I’ve never had a poor experience here, always top shelf.

If you have a burger here anytime after 9:00PM they won’t make it fresh they’ll microwave a leftover for you. Absolutely disgusting waste of money.

I had a burger yesterday on my lunch break and it was so good I had to come back today! Lol Real burger patties. The drive through guy was cool. Great food though.
