Delicious! Other sushi places (other towns) are known to use cheap fillers in their rolls. Fujisan does not. We felt like every roll was made with care and attention to every components. Perfectly fresh, beautifully presented and kindly served to our table quickly - even though the restaurant was bustling on the Sunday night we dined in.I’d be remiss not to mention that we have ordered take out from this restaurant in the past and it is equally as fresh, delicious, and a great value!

I was worried when we moved out of the city that I wouldn't have a sushi spot. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us I'm willing to make it. They have a great selection of vegetarian sushi and it always tastes so fresh. One of the best tasting sushi I've had. They also have excellent customer service.

Not a lot of vegetarian options.My meal was very soggy and did not have much flavour. Tofu was not crispy, but very soft and uncooked.I would not recommend it, but it's cheap.

I have an allergy to sea weed paper, asked to opt to rice paper. $2 extra charge for a rice paper per roll.. r u serious!
As my 10 year old son said, this was “the best meal I’ve ever had!”. Delicious and diverse menu with incredibly clear marking of what is vegetarian, raw fish, shellfish etc. The all you can eat includes the entire menu, not just the sushi, and allows for diverse tastes. I am so happy with the meal and service.
