Delicious! Other sushi places (other towns) are known to use cheap fillers in their rolls. Fujisan does not. We felt like every roll was made with care and attention to every components. I was worried when we moved out of the city that I wouldn't have a sushi spot. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us I'm willing to make it. They have a great selection of vegetarian sushi and it always tastes so fresh. One of the best tasting sushi I've had. They also have excellent customer service.

Vegetarian options: Lots of selection and very delicious

Stopped in for lunch, as always the food was fresh, well presented & amazing, the staff are so friendly. Never disappointed!
