I was working out of town (from Ottawa, Ontario) today in Petawawa, Ontario.
Picked up some lunch (takeout) at Harvery's 28 Town Centre Blvd. location.
I ordered a number 4 combo (classic Harvey's burger, with cheese and bacon, along with frings - onion rings and fries together).
The fries, onion rings, and hamburger, were some of the best quality food I've ever eaten at Harvey's.
The food was all made fresh to order, absolutely delicious, and the speed of service was exceptionally fast.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service from the staff at this location.
Sundeep was the name of the cashier who served me and made my hamburger.
After eating my meal on the worksite, I phoned the restaurant and spoke to Debbie (manager) today to express my positive experience and express my thanks for such a positive experience.
I will not hesitate to return to this Harvey's location in the future, if I am in the area again.

November 18 about 7pm, ordered 75 dollars worth of food, 1 hamburger patty was burnt Another double cheese burger was absolutely the driest burger I’ve ever had, patty and bun. My wife never complained because there was 5-6 customers behind us waiting for their food. The girl making the burgers was ok accept for sticking her fingers with gloves on, in the burger a few times that was for the guy behind me checking if it was made properly I’m guessing. In the back they all seemed confused and had to redo the kids meal. It was only chicken nuggets. I’ve been going to Harvey’s for a long time and this is by far the worst experience ever, the staff just didn’t seem to care.

This chicken sandwich is a winner—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The bun is soft, and the toppings add a perfect crunch. Simple, but really well executed. Definitely worth the hype!

Burgers are superb! yummy and good quality of angus beef.
I recently dined at Harvey, which is conveniently tied to Swiss Chalet, and it was a delightful experience. Our waiter was particularly impressive; she provided insightful recommendations that helped us navigate the menu with ease.
One standout was their ghost pepper sauce—it truly packed a punch and elevated our meal to a whole new level. The combination of flavors and the overall quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Some of the tables weren’t cleaned up, needs some improvement on cleaning tables
I came in at a quiet time (not busy at all) and was helped by Pooja. She was so nice and helpful, an absolute sweetheart. Food was great and warm. 100% coming back here again.
