I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. The hostess at the door was rude and interrupted me repeatedly. I was meeting a friend at the restaurant and she wouldn't let me even tell her what I was there for. She kept directing me to the back of the line. I was respectful and polite as I always am. I have never been treated that way before by a hostess. I won't be back anytime soon.

When we arrived at Kelsey's, we seated immediately in a booth near the bar. The place was PACKED! Noise level was LOUD! That being said, our server was outstanding. Drink orders taken and delivered quickly. Refills, the same. Food orders were quickly taken but it did take some time to get delivered. Completely understandable as I don't think there was an empty table or booth in the whole establishment. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food (my burger was a bit over cooked but still good). It was a birthday dinner so the wait staff brought out the chocolate lava cake and sang for my sister's 75th. Overall, a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate booking and returning.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received at Kelsey's Petawawa today. I booked a reservation for four, to celebrate Mother's Day. The waiter was unprofessional, seemed lost, couldn't understand us speaking to him, kept coming and going because he'd forget things, gave us misinformation when it came to the food we ordered, and simply put, seemed like he shouldn't be working there. Kelseys itself was advertising the Mother's Day brunch foods and drinks online and in email, so when we were told by the waiter that the restaurant was out of baileys for the coffee and out of home fries for the brunch foods, it seemed like the restaurant wasn't prepared to be open and serve a Mother's Day brunch. We asked for alternatives but the waiter could not provide us with any. It took a long time just to receive our drinks and when we asked for a handful of creamer for the coffees we ordered, the waiter brought back two creams and three milk for the whole table. We ended up leaving before receiving food and spent our money elsewhere. All four of us were incredibly disappointed by the service and the unpreparedness of the restaurant. Please do better in the future and hire competent staff.

Went out for valentines day. The dinner was very delicious, i had the alfredo chicken pasta + beet and goat cheese salad, and my partner had a burger + sweet potato fries. Very delicious! Would reccomend.

A good place in Petawawa with renovations that make the atmosohere modern and enjoyable. Generally speaking, sometimes recently not always consistent or good service as I've noticed a lot of new staff the past couple months and it used to be a lot busier/more vibrant. But, if you go when Karen is working (upper floor bar area) she is definitely 5 stars very attentive, friendly, remembers her customers and their orders, etc..
The spinach dip is the real draw to this place - best out of every restaurant I've ordered one from.

Been here before but service this time was lackadaisical. It wasn't overly busy but server seemed like her mind wasn't with her and did t appear to want to be there. Had to ask for forks a couple of times same with water. Most of the food was good, salmon was waaaaay overcooked and came long after the rest of the food. It will be a while before I would consider going back. As always, Caesars were amazing .
