They definitely prioritize drive-thru! I had a 30 minute lunch today and I ended up waiting 17 minutes in-store for a single latte.

went in today for the start of the holiday menu and it was bananas!!! super super busy in there, everyone wants that sugar cookie oat latte!! the staff seemed to be working super super hard and did an awesome job handling the rush!! they deserve so much appreciation for all that they do! they are also always super kind and speedy!

Too cold inside. Also the customer service is lacking. Waited in the parking lot today and had the staff staring outside at me from the truck, im sure she could have continued doing garbages instead she watching me and my bf have a conversation. My uncle died and I was upset. So rude and then gossip while im inside. Its a business not high-school. I also went in once and had to wait for a money transfer and had the manager come over and made me buy something and told me I was getting kicked out for not buying something so had to use the last of my funds before i was etransferd because i had a coffee cup baring a tims logo. Iam here every single day for lunch as I work close by. The girls there not all but most are caty and immature. I will try and catch their behavior on video. Sounds petty until you're the one they pick on. 5/10.

Honestly, most of the girls here are super rude, and I don't understand why. I called to confirm if they were open or not because Door Dash was saying it was closed. She got incredibly rude with me and said that's not a thing, that they're obviously open, so I'm wrong. Lol. The food is great but the atmosphere is super catty.

Friendliest staff, perfect uniform drinks made every time, great location with a quick drive through!

Two employees stand out,
Amelia helped me with a return friendly and promptly even while it was busy.
Jackie was lovely to be greeted by in the morning, caring about the cup being too full, she even stirred my drink better for our long road trip.
Very kind and professional staff.

I study here pretty often because of the atmosphere and natural lighting. The drinks/food are good (honestly better then some Starbucks I've tried). Sometimes you'll have to wait up to 10 minutes for a drink but for how busy it is I don't mi d at all

I am a loyal starbucks customer! I went into Starbucks to order my drink, my food and additionally study. I ordered my drink- drank all of it, and realized I forgot something in my car. I went out to the car, and obviously I took everything with me because, I'm not going to trust people in there with my laptop. I was going to order a snack so I can finish my studying and have a good rest of my day. So, I came back took my SAME seat, and a barista told me that I need to be a paying customer to sit inside. Eventhough I was just in there she said I had to leave unless I was gonna order something. You bet your bottom dollar I was not going to spend another 15 dollars in there just to sit down, I was going to get my snack, not spend another 15 bucks. So, I got up and left. Additionally there were people who were in there BEFORE me who had no drink infront of them and they just got to sit there. Anyway, this barista could have been nice about it or given me a second to explain but NO, all I recieved was attitude and she was watching me piercing the back of my skull until I left. And it's not like there was anyone in line or cramming for a seat there was MAYBE 8 of us in there, taking up a total of 3 tables. But, I'm done after that experience I think I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. The experience made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I will not be returning anytime soon. I'd like to feel comfortable in a space that I can eat and drink in. Overall the drink was good. But, that can't influence my feelings about my experience as a whole. All I would have asked for was a second to explain and a nicer/calmer conversation WITHOUT the attitude and booming voice. But, clearly she doesn't have the best customer service skills.
