Went inside because the drive thru debit does not work and I refuse to give them my bank card through the window to tap at the main terminals. When I entered there were 4 people behind the counter, and not a single one acknowledged someone standing there while all looked at me multiple times. The overall service at this location has gone downhill, and I know me not going here anymore won't make a difference but I think I will be taking a break from Starbucks for the foreseeable future.

We normally go to Starbucks and every time it’s been good until 2 weeks ago and then today. 2 weeks ago we ordered 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. The guy repeated the order back twice and still forgot to give us our cake pops!!! Today we ordered 3 drinks and I got a broken lid and we ordered a venti and we got a grande!!! Should get better staff and manager should train them better.
