Very bad experience at Subway Petawawa (Store #3482). There were two employees (one girl and one boy) making sandwiches, and the employee working at the cash counter named Fem. I politely requested the sandwich makers to change gloves and use a clean knife before preparing my food. Instead of following basic hygiene standards, the two employees laughed at me, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The cash counter employee, Fem, was also rude, which made the experience even worse. Food safety, cleanliness, and respectful customer service are basic expectations in any food establishment. Management should take this matter seriously and ensure proper staff training.

Paid for a 6 inch sub. The sub that I had received was 4 inches. Not generous on toppings. The whole sub weighed maybe 2oz. They nickle and dime you. Go elsewhere and get your monies worth.

Twice in a row I have asked for grilled and toasted flatbread for a pick up order. I get cold flatbread. Your food is too expensive for your employees to be this lazy. Do better.

Don't place an order online. They take advantage of the fact that you can't see how little of everything they put inside. I'm sitting here eating a loaf of bread with barely nothing inside of it. Like come on!

Ordered a foot long, steak and bacon, lettuce and green peppers, salt and pepper, smokey mustard and honey.Veggies were fresh and crispy, steak and bacon were very tasty and bread was fresh.

The latest experience I had was terrible. Normally the only complaints is the rude and passive aggressive service but tonight was a special hell of being passed by online orders and a trainee that didn’t know up from down with a trainer who was to focused on being cheap and condescending to said trainee than make subs. I was second in line when I showed up and took me over half an hour to leave.
