I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The service at this place is AWFUL. All of the workers were extremely disrespectful. When we went in there, the woman in front of us was greeted very nicely with a “hello, how are you today? what can i get you?” by a young gentleman but the second we arrived to the counter it was simply “hello. what do you want?” with an attitude. As my mother is gluten free, she asked for the gluten free bread and the young gentleman said “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” While the woman working on the other side of the bar yelled at him that it was in the freezer. He asked her what size she wanted (6 or 12) and she was unaware there was another size. Eileen, the woman working behind the counter proceeded to yell at my mother “do you want a 6 or a 12 inch, you have to pick.” with a terrible tone. I was in disbelief as my mother did simply not know there was two sizes when we were always told it was a standard size. After this, I ordered shredded cheese on my chopped salad, he sprinkled a very small amount on and I told him a little more was ok. Following this, Eileen proceeded to yell at me as well with “another scoop of cheese is a dollar.” All that to say, the service from the workers is not worth your time when the other one is less than 10 minutes away.

Just ordered 3 subs my son's was ok according to him but the other 2 were terrible... Stale bread and barely any sauce on one, the other was drowning and light on all toppings...

The employee I was first greeted by was rude - I ask for a steak & bacon, she forgot the bacon, no biggie! I just asked for it to be added, she gave me lip, and played it off as my mistake. The attitude was unreal, I feel bad for her co-workers who were very kind!

I feel bad for the employees here. Owners seems rude, arrogant, and overall unpleasantly cheap. I get skimped on portions constantly, and if theres any issues I bring up (ex a hair in my sub) I get treated as if Im in the wrong because I asked for things to be right. Dont recommend

I was an employee for 3 months and had to train myself and they left me alone in the store before teaching me how to make bread. Owner would not post a schedule but had not problem asking me to close with no notice, an example being the first day back from month long vacation he took. He turned our tips off while he was gone on and proceeded to lie to staff about it and never showed appreciation for the staff keeping the store running while he was away. When issues come up in the management of the store, the owner will do nothing! He told me not to worry and left his employees to deal with everything the issues that come because of lack of management. I was told I'm too emotional for this job because I called him out on the way he was running, or rather no running, the store. He would not listen to any off the points I made. I was told it's my problem because I need to calm down and that if I calmed down life would be easier and the world doesn't cater to me.
