I had the pleasure of eating here recently. Treyceigh was amazing and the other staff as well, the food was fantastic too prepared exaclty how we wanted. 5 stars for all! I can't wait to go back and bring my grandchildren for a meal out. Thank you for the great experience.

If you only have red rotting salad, consider not offering it. It is inedible. Club wrap was good, seems you were able to find fresh lettuce for that somehow

On the screen the fish and chips meal show sides of coleslaw and Tatar sauce with lemon wedges. Inquired about the lemon wedges, we were told we are don’t have them and that it’s just a picture. Also, our meals don’t look like the pictures we post and that hq provides the photo. Piss poor service and explanation.

Food was meh for the price you pay, doesn’t even come with a drink. The dine in area is not comfortable, very cold, have to keep your jacket on. Was very disappointed

3 times we didn't get 1/2 of what we ordered......1 time we got a cup of sauce in a bag from the dd driver but both dinners missing.....buns hard as rock.....tonight 1 dinner missing......quality control is nada.....never again!

I pre-ordered the Deluxe Classic Family Pak for 3:35 PM, but when I arrived to pick it up, it took an additional 20 minutes. What's the point of pre-ordering if it’s not ready on time? If you can't fulfill the service as promised, don't offer it. This has been my experience every time at this location.
I also paid for a whole chicken that is under cooked and requires me to heat it before I feed it to my children, under cooked and doesn't look like a whole chicken, posted a picture for reference.
My daughter has a set eating schedule due to her autism, so we pre-ordered to meet her needs. When the meal isn't ready on time, it messes up her entire evening.
Everytime we order there is a mess up. No one knows what they are doing. How is this place still running?

Paid for a quarter chicken meal w fries and added coleslaw. Got home and zero fries. Got charged $24 and didn’t even get what I paid for. I went to the drive through at 8:50 last night and the employee said over the speaker in a really annoyed voice “we close in 7 minutes…”
I said “ok?” Because there was no follow up that their machines were off and she did not inform me that they couldn’t provide certain items - and she proceeded to take my order.
I can’t help but feel like she did not want to make fries/had none ready and instead of telling me she decided to let me figure that out once I was home and it was too late.
