The last time we went they double charged us, ensured they would reimburse us and they didn't in over a week. So my husband had to go in and get a cash reimbursement. They mess your order up every. single. time. I tried multiple times over the years and without fail I can't leave without double checking every box. I love Swiss Chalet and I have avoided it for years because this is the only one around.

Nice restaurant. Food was good. We went for the Thanksgiving Feast and it was delicious. Seating was like a fast food restaurant, you seat yourself. They are connected with Harvey’s. Lots of free parking.

I had the pleasure of eating here recently. Treyceigh was amazing and the other staff as well, the food was fantastic too prepared exaclty how we wanted. 5 stars for all! I can't wait to go back and bring my grandchildren for a meal out. Thank you for the great experience.

If you only have red rotting salad, consider not offering it. It is inedible. Club wrap was good, seems you were able to find fresh lettuce for that somehow

On the screen the fish and chips meal show sides of coleslaw and Tatar sauce with lemon wedges. Inquired about the lemon wedges, we were told we are don’t have them and that it’s just a picture. Also, our meals don’t look like the pictures we post and that hq provides the photo. Piss poor service and explanation.

Food was meh for the price you pay, doesn’t even come with a drink. The dine in area is not comfortable, very cold, have to keep your jacket on. Was very disappointed

3 times we didn't get 1/2 of what we ordered......1 time we got a cup of sauce in a bag from the dd driver but both dinners missing.....buns hard as rock.....tonight 1 dinner missing......quality control is nada.....never again!
