Everytime we order there is a mess up. No one knows what they are doing. How is this place still running?

Paid for a quarter chicken meal w fries and added coleslaw. Got home and zero fries. Got charged $24 and didn’t even get what I paid for. I went to the drive through at 8:50 last night and the employee said over the speaker in a really annoyed voice “we close in 7 minutes…”
I said “ok?” Because there was no follow up that their machines were off and she did not inform me that they couldn’t provide certain items - and she proceeded to take my order.
I can’t help but feel like she did not want to make fries/had none ready and instead of telling me she decided to let me figure that out once I was home and it was too late.

I'm pretty upset with the meal I got today. I asked for a plain chicken on a kiser. I open my food up to find it to have pickles on it. I didn't not ask for them but to have my food soaked in pickles juice is not acceptable as I didn't ask for it. It ruined my meal. No reason for them to have pickles. Thank you for ruining my lunch. Was looking forward to it so much.

We ordered online at 4:25 for pick-up at 5:05. When we got there we were told to wait a little bit. Then a 5:35 we asked if it would be ready soon and they told us chicken wasn’t ready and it would be at least an other 30 min wait for our food. We decided to leave and cancel our order because our daughter was too hungry. It was our first time trying this restaurant and let’s just say it’s not really a great first time.

I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner at noon Sunday online for pickup at 4:55pm. I received a confirmation email but it wasn’t there when I arrived. They also had sold out of the Thanksgiving Feast meal so my option was to leave or order a sandwich or wrap or ribs. I had. to pay for that of course but I told them they should at least throw in the piece of pie! At least they took my information so I hope I will receive a call. I was very disappointed!!!

I placed an order for takeout 1 hour ahead of time and when I showed up for pickup, they told me there's no chicken and it would take 45 minutes for chicken to be available. I don't understand how you can mess up your one job (chicken) that poorly.
This isn't the first time I've gone there and been told there was no chicken but this is particularly egregious since I ordered so far in advance.

The fries were Harvey's fries not Swiss Chalet. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Very disappointed

This unfortunately has to be one of THE WORST Swiss chalets we have been to. Frequently do not have items on the menu. How do they only have ONE kids meal, which isn't even chicken? Never have the seasonal vegetables, which I cannot understand, it is a standard item. Placed cold salad in with hot items. Sad but not one positive experience yet. Hopefully something will change soon because we normally love Swiss chalet as a take out option for the family.
