I ordered through DoorDash. My order was 2 Chili Cheese Burrito, 1 Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, Chicken Quesadilla Combo, 2 Regular Fries and 3 drinks. All I received was the 1 taco and 2 drinks (they were the wrong drinks). Instead of asking for a DoorDash refund, I drove to the store to get what was missing from my order. The guy at the counter was great. The person he spoke to in the back wasn't. He pretty much accused me of already requesting a refund, which I said that I didn't, and then about me getting free food. I would have been happy to have shown him my account to show him that this wasn't the case. This isn't the first time my order has been missing items. But this has been the worst. They really need to double-check orders.
The fact it takes over an hour for a walk in order when it’s hardly busy is painful. So much for ‘fast food’. I hope you like your taco’s cold when you get it
terribly slow, i had to repeat my entire order and she said okay to each item. waited 30 minutes for one box meal and food wasn’t even very warm. watched them excessively talk and stand around while everyone waited. didn’t give a fork for my fry supreme. like bro what am i supposed to do DUMP it in my mouth? 💀😂✋

Drive through was EXTREMELY slow. It would have been faster to go to a sit down restaurant. It would have been much faster.

Food is great. Employee's are very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Wait times are brutal.
Expect to be in the drive through for 20-30 minutes.

Forgot part of our order and waited 25 mins in the drive thru line to get what I paid for. The food was horrible. It looked worse than dog food. The service was lacking as well. The manager came to the window to tell us they were short staffed which they should have warned us about in advance and not after 25 mins of waiting for food missed from my order.

The cars in front of us waited for 15 mins each.
We pull up and the idiot says “I’m fixing a drink machine wait 10 mins” after we wait 35 mins. He couldn’t even take an order so the kitchen can make it ready and then go back to “fixing” his drink machine. Hire some competent staff or don’t stay open late. You’re new to the city and already have a horrible rep.

I want to start this off on a good note and say, I love taco bell. The food is just what I need for when I need it. I don't and will not expect much, but when you're skimping on my cheese fries, it's really just a let down. You can do better and please do. Thanks 🙏

After much anticipation, I jumped into the very long Drive Thru line to purchase our long awaited fave Buttitos and cheesy Gordita Crunch. The line moved along very quickly and the food was excellent. Service was very good.

There was nothing baja blast. I ordered taco supreme and there was no sour cream and I got charged for that. And it took a really long time. This was brutal. Whyyyyy?! Whyyyyyy?! Taco Bell!

Took almost 20 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the restaurant waiting on food... watched at least 5 different employees rifle through my bag of food that had been sitting on the counter for well over 10 minutes trying to figure out what food was in the bag and who it was for. Even though I was the only person standing there. Didn't bother putting my hot sauces in, and my food was basically ice cold because it had sat on the counter so long while I watched employees make their own food and bag it and let other employees know it was their food, then try and figure out in extreme confusion who's food was sitting in a bag on the counter forever, while they had only 1 customer at the counter and 1 customer on the screen, both me...
