Our first time in Petawawa and we needed a place to work and eat for a little while. Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and clean environnement. We’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons and this one stands out! Plus, the wi-fi connection is really good. Great job!

Horrible staff. Managers shamelessly yell and berate the other employees infront of customers (Even the highschoolers). Workers care only about being quick + drive through customers- competely disregard the customers that order inside store. Not a friendly environment in the slightest. I dont want to eat my food with the sound of anger and rudeness in the background from the bosses, No thanks! Also got a triple triple tasted like a regular . Unsatisfied.

I went to this Tim’s at 6pm tonight. Not the first time my order has had an issue. My first initial visit a month ago I asked for an everything bagel toasted plain cream cheese and I got an everything bagel that was cold (not toasted) with cream cheese. It didn’t even feel slightly warmed. Today I asked for the same thing with a small peach quencher. The bagel tasted like they put chemical cleaner in it, my tongue began to feel numb immediately after one bite. I had to throw the whole thing away, such a waste of time, money, and food. On top of my peach quencher having weird crumbs at the bottom Of it. I know they have the pressure of drive thru times but it’s not an excuse to cut corners and potentially position customers. I won’t be back here as they don’t know how to handle food with proper care. If I could give no stars I would. I’m just hoping there are no negative side effects that follow after ingesting cleaner from their food. Tim Hortons (Clean your bagel knives with water not cleaner)!!!!!

Check your coffee they always get my order wrong and I order black coffee.
I ordered 2 peach refreshers and one arrived carbonated while the other was un carbonated. I do not know what they did to it and it was tossed immediately. Waste of money and poor food handling.

I'm not that person to leave any bad review on anything whatsoever, but this one felt that it had to. I normally order either a cilantro lime or jalapeno chicken bowl from any Time Hortons that I go to. But the restaurant from this location left me a bit down. I ordered a jalapeno chicken bowl, the food portion that I got, compared to other locations was really small, and they missed my jalapenos. When I gave it back to fix it up, they only put 3 small slices. Honestly speaking, it hurts me to say this but I feel this wasn't worth the 10 bucks I paid for.
