Normally I'd give a higher score..........today 4 coffees that were short and 2 of which had close to 3 inches of coffee missing in a large. All four were sour and had flakes of old expired cream on top. Dumped all of them out........I see this all the time at Tims in other locations also........gotta wonder what else happens in the background.....

I live in Arnprior and this is my first time being in Petawawa, and my first time at this Tim’s location. I was served by a young lady named Katelyn. She is an exceptional worker, unbelievably kind, and knows exactly what to say. She even wrote a smiley face on my water cup, which made my morning. When I accidentally cancelled the debit machine, she walked over right away, hit the button, and made a joke that cleared away my embarrassment. Keep up the great work! And managers,...
