Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn't allow a bike in their store. The place is empty, with plenty of space, and this hasn't been an issue at other tim horton locations. Never stopping in again.

This one is better over the pembroke locations any day of the week. Food tastes better here. Drinks are better here, better service. The wendys location has gone downhill in the past 2 years, and I don't recommend it!

None of the glass surfaces clean except donut cases, front door handle area so dirty I’m glad I had gloves in. The furniture is falling apart. This used to be my favourite Tim’s in our area, what’s happened?

Ordered an Ice Cap, was below the line labelled 5. Asked the employee to fill it, told me it was full. This store in particular is absolutely terrible. Only one good person working there. I was a regular and now I've quit Tim Hortons! I suggest everyone stop going to this location.
