Tim Hortons

Stood in here for 10 minutes this morning while the cashiers were socializing and not taking or fulfilling orders. I ended up just leaving. No one was in front of me in line. Total waste of my time, unfortunately it is very common at this location. If you are looking for a good Tim Hortons, you won’t find it in Petawawa… Do your job

The drive thru is painfully slow. Say in it and didn’t move for an easy 10 minutes. Strongly recommend avoiding the drive thru

This "Tim Horton's" inparticular isn't a standalone joint, it is a smaller Canex convenience store that sells pre-brewed Tim's coffee inside. There are no other options such as donuts, sandwiches, smoothies, or other full restaurant amenities like a drive thru. It's nice for avoiding the lines at the actual restaurants if all you want is a plain cup of joe, for sure, but that's all that's available here.

On Father's at 1:00 pm, my 2 boys and I wanted to treat Dad with a double double and sandwich for lunch. I ordered 2 snackabkes, farmer's wrap, 2 coffees, 2 lemonades and dozen of donuts. After each sandwich, they had to check their stock and the dozen donuts had to ensure they had enough. Although, a little frustrated, I was respectful and thanked her for the order after she repeated it with errors. There were no cars in the drive thru, 1 car after I ordered and parking lot was empty. I paid the attendant, thanked her for her service. Another employee handed our drinks and told me, with order over $30.00, I should call it in. She then handed me the food, I was so iratated that I did not reply! Our order was over $30.00 due to taxes. She need not worry about any future orders as I will never darken the base's and the 2 other Tim Hortons in the village owned by that owner!

The store was very clean, Coffee is always fresh, CSR are very friendly and helpful ,bz of covid-19 they have to make the coffee amazing Associates @the store .
