What a horrible experience! Just stopped in to grab a burger and fries for my kids. Frosties of course. Fries were half full. Burger looked like it had a bite taken out of it. OK, no big deal. Just head back and ask then to re make it right? The little punk at the counter did everything in his power to make sure I felt like garbage for asking for what I had ordered. Manager simply didn't care. If you're charging such a premium for fast food atleast have decent customer service!!!

Food is NEVER correct after ordering. When you do get the food....it's undercooked.... built sloppily and is overall not good. The prices keep going up and the quality and staff are terrible. Went to speak to the manager and she was uninterested and apathetic at best. Not 1 more dollarvwill me and my family be spending in Wendy's Petawawa. Terrible effort and product.

Stopped by yesterday on our way threw town. The lady that served us was very snappy and seemed to be bothered by us even being there. Once we got our food she stood at the counter and just stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable

the women at the speaker was super rude yelling at us to move up, and at the window had no sense of customer service and just had a crusty attitude. btw, messed up my order as well!

I cannot express how disgustingly dry this piece of chicken was. My guess would be its probably several days old. I honestly couldn't even eat it. It should be illegal to serve someone food this bad. I would've rather eaten the wrapper for dinner. Whoever is cooking your food should be fired.

Although the food was good, I’m disappointed with the amount of fries in a large order. What’s the point of upgrading to a large if you barely get any? It used to be that a large fry actually meant large. Now it feels like I'm paying extra for the same amount I’d get in a regular. Definitely not worth the upgrade.
Old woman was extremely snappy and rude, yelled my order back at me when I told her that I had a reward code, snapped at me and rose her voice when I attempted to scan my reward code. Not a nice experience at all. Edit: I drank the water and am projectile vomiting on my walk home, I would be careful.

Ordered breakfast today. A child’s meal and a regular adult meal, they gave my daughter and I the exact same sized breakfast potatoes. Literally I got a kids sized item. 😅 (my daughter already ate hers and I haven’t touched mine yet this is what we got. Terribly sad portion as well.)
It takes 2 seconds to pay attention to what you’re grabbing.

Brown lettuce is always disturbing and when it is half the salad and lacks that freshness it really brings you down to know you spent money on it.
