Always screw up orders can never get ahold of anyone when you call not sure if it’s their stupid magic jack that doesn’t work. No one returns call. Spend a lot of money when you have a large family and they never get it right totally disappointment

I usually dont have any issues here but today 1. The food was carlessly made. 2. Half my order was missing. 3. When i drove back across town to get my order i didn't even get an apology. I dont have high expectations for fast food but come on.

What a horrible experience! Just stopped in to grab a burger and fries for my kids. Frosties of course. Fries were half full. Burger looked like it had a bite taken out of it. OK, no big deal. Just head back and ask then to re make it right? The little punk at the counter did everything in his power to make sure I felt like garbage for asking for what I had ordered. Manager simply didn't care. If you're charging such a premium for fast food atleast have decent customer service!!!

Food is NEVER correct after ordering. When you do get the food....it's undercooked.... built sloppily and is overall not good. The prices keep going up and the quality and staff are terrible. Went to speak to the manager and she was uninterested and apathetic at best. Not 1 more dollarvwill me and my family be spending in Wendy's Petawawa. Terrible effort and product.
Great location near highway. Good for snacks or meals. Today I risked ordering tea - should have stopped at Tim's. Water not hot, and sugar packets crusty like they were really old. Should have checked before leaving. Little salad good as usual ...

the women at the speaker was super rude yelling at us to move up, and at the window had no sense of customer service and just had a crusty attitude. btw, messed up my order as well!
