A special shoutout to *Lincoln* for his excellent service — he was attentive, polite, and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I am writing to share my disappointment with my visit yesterday noon, The washrooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the tables were not properly cleaned. On top of that, there was a long wait just to prepare my order, which made the experience frustrating.
I also noticed that staff members were conversing in a South Asian language instead of English. Since this is Canada, I strongly believe English should be the professional language used in front of customers to ensure clarity and inclusivity.
Lastly, I was approached for a donation to MS as part of your CSR activity. While I support charitable causes personally, I do not think customers should be pressured to contribute when visiting a restaurant.
Overall, this combination of issues created a very negative experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements in cleanliness, service quality, professionalism, and customer interactions.

Ordered the teen steak burger. It was completely tasteless. More filling than meat (at least that's how it tasted. Service was horrible. While I was discussing my order the counter person told me to wait and then proceeded to take a drive thru order. Totally unacceptable. I used to like A&W but after this experience I will not be giving over any of my hard earned money. I put in a complaint to head office and never even got a response.

This was a fantastic experience. Service was absolutely phenomenal. Food was hot and tasty, served fast. Employees were friendly and cheerful. Would recommend!!
