Ordered the teen steak burger. It was completely tasteless. More filling than meat (at least that's how it tasted. Service was horrible. While I was discussing my order the counter person told me to wait and then proceeded to take a drive thru order. Totally unacceptable. I used to like A&W but after this experience I will not be giving over any of my hard earned money. I put in a complaint to head office and never even got a response.

This was a fantastic experience. Service was absolutely phenomenal. Food was hot and tasty, served fast. Employees were friendly and cheerful. Would recommend!!

The food was okay. As expected. Had to knock points of the service. The cashier was great, but they forgot the sauce that was supposed to be provided with my sweet potato fries, which was the main selling point in ordering them.
Couldn't eat a warm meal and switch buses by the time I recognized the mistake.
