I've been in peterborough for 5 years now and swung by for the first time today on a whim to grab a slice for the first time. I was so surprised by the quality of the pizza, the slice wasn't even particularly fresh (typical freshness for pizza by the slice) but it was the best slice I have had in the town by a mile. The crust had a perfectly crisp bottom, with a pillowy top, not too thick, not too thin. The handmade sauce was textbook. The cheese was balanced, enough...
