Was really taken back at this place! Went in to order a cake. The man beyond counter assumed I wanted the cake for this weekend, which I didn't he was quite rude. I said I wanted a small cake it was for the following week! but he was not listening! Will never go again! I never felt so devalued for my business ever!

I've used this company in the past and was very pleased but my order today was terrible. I was shocked particularly because of how pricey they are. The decorations were a mess of icing was supposed to be a flower design on each cupcake and the vanilla ones weren't fresh.

Love the raspberry almond scones. They make beautiful, delicious cakes. Nice to sit at a table and enjoy a treat and coffee.

I ordered a cake for my friend's bridal shower and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. I was so stressed about this cake because it was my responsibility and if I messed it up I would never hear the end of it. I placed an online inquiry that was responded to next day. I went in and we discussed flavours and what it should look like. 10/10 did not disappoint. The cake was honey flavored to go with our "bride to bee found her honey" theme.

I ordered a red velvet cake for my husband's birthday and it was not fresh. The cake was really dry. While it was decorated nicely and the frosting was good but the red velvet cake was not good at all.

Kinda frustrating to go to a bakery expecting freshly made baked goods and getting something you can tell has been sitting out. Not a good sign when it was in the first hour you were open.

Ordered an apple pie for Christmas dinner. The pie looked fantastic! However when we ate the pie it was very, very disappointing. The apples were diced, not sliced. The apple pieces were still hard and the dough under the apples wasn't baked! We were actually eating raw dough!! For $22.00 from a bakery , I expected better!

I have been buying their gluten free options for a while. They are all delicious, especially their muffins. My friends cannot tell the difference! Great store and team running it.

I work here and it is a wonderful place with great people that work there and I really enjoy working here. Sandi and the rest of the employees are professional and kind people to be around. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a cake or some desserts.

I visited this bakery years ago and hadn't since. Today, Husband stopped in simply to ask if they sell keto cakes, since Keto Pi Factory was closed. Baker gave major attitude about having to make one. All he did was ask if they had them, never asked them to make one. Imagine asking a bakery if they have cake....and getting that response...Lost a customer.

Ordered a small wedding cake and we were all blown away by how beautiful and how delicious it was (vanilla with vanilla buttercream). Exactly like I asked with the buttercream roses and green accents. Really friendly team as well it was a pleasure to pick up my cake.Thank you again Sandi and team!

Sandi went above and beyond to make sure our daughter who has travelled from the UK to study at Trent had the most beautiful 21st birthday cake. Thank you so much for making this possible.

I would give 0 stars if I could, as I have nothing to show from my experience with this business, but pure disappointment.We ordered a vanilla birthday cake with buttercream icing. Easy peasy.I messaged with the owner of this bakery on Facebook Messenger and all was well - or so I thought.She told me, no problem and we could pick up on Saturday at 2pm.We showed up 1 hour before my Mother in law's birthday party, to pick up the cake and the employees looked at us like we had 2 heads. They looked around the bakery like it might be hiding somewhere.The owner looked at us startled and said she completely forgot!!She forgot to make the cake she approved the order for.She then looked at us and STARTED LAUGHING!!So unbelievably embarrassing and unprofessional.She said she got confused as we ordered on Messenger. We had a conversation writing back & forth for 2 days!!She actually has it set up on her FB page to take orders over Messenger.As far as we were concerned, she WROTE THE ORDER DOWN!!!The owner offered to get us a cake and deliver it. I asked what flavours she had and when they were made. She said she had some frozen cakes made yesterday.I'm sorry but $50 for a frozen cake from a bakery who claims to make "custom cakes" is absurd.I'm not sure how this woman runs a business everyday but to ..A) Just forget to make someone's birthday cake when you're running a custom cake business!And B) laugh in our faces.Total waste of time.Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. We should have.This bakery will be closed before you know it!
