I had a really disappointing experience at BarBurrito today. The customer service was extremely rude — the staff member was impatient and had a bad attitude when I tried to ask a simple question about my doordash order. There was no greeting or basic courtesy, and it honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable.

The consistency of the food has been really bad.. On my previous order, I received exceptional takeout. However, today, after a long day, I sought to order the same type of food to complete my day but it was a disappointing experience. The quesadillas were not well-prepared and fell apart easily. Staff’s performance was below average.

Upon entering the store, the atmosphere was very clean and kept tidy. The associates who prepared our order were very friendly and kind, and ensured our order was labelled accordingly. We ordered chicken rice bowls and the flavours were outstanding! Everything was fresh, and had lots of flavour. Will definitely come back again!

Good portion size for a $20 burrito but was kind of bland overall… not disappointed, not blown away.
The customer service was very bad. Also they didn’t allow to customize the food even though I was ready to pay for the extra. Very bad customer service Don't know how to treat the customer.

This was the worst barburrito i had ever seen … as being an team member from barburrito in other city but this was worst. I went there for a burrito and asked her for extra chicken and willing to pay and she added one piece which was the tiniest piece she found … and then they didnt offered me any tray as it was a dine in and the burrito while eating got opened up … the wrap was to loose ending up eating with spoons.. worst ever . And the staff was too rude .. they should know how to greet customers and present their food.

The food is good and fresh. One of the most disappointing thing is the service, rude manager. I was even denied a corporate offer which I got from Bar Burrito saying that they have stopped accepting coupons, just specifically this store has stopped accepting a valid coupon without any notice.
