Will say the service was good but the steak just wasn’t what they claim it to be! Portions were small the evening I attended and tad pricey. To be honest I was in a larger group and everyone ordered a different kind of steak and most were not the best cuts and fatty but still decent I guess. Sorry but hate to say the kegs got yah beat! It’s also weird in the place and gives you the feeling your eating at your grandmas house cause it’s got an old people place type feeling.

Berc's hosted our group of 44 comfortably, graciously, and efficiently! Mark, Kristen, and Kerri took wonderful care of us and the restaurant even created personalized menus! Lovely atmosphere and tasty, hot food. We all had a great time!

We had a wonderful meal, bacon wrapped filet mignon, asparagus, mushrooms and twice baked potatoes...mmmm...thankyou chefs. But such wonderful meal had average service at best. Server just went through the motions of serving with no apparent attempt at making our evening enjoyable. Sorry, my wife and I cherish a nice dinner out with both wonderful food as well as wonderful service. We did notice other servers with wonderful personalities in the restaurant, so this one server might be the exception

We were so excited to introduce our friends, for the first time, to your restaurant last night which ended in disappointment. Up to and including when our meal was served everything was great….service, atmosphere, food. Then our server became distracted and totally involved with another guests gift certificate processing that our table was totally forgotten along with a few other tables. We sat at our table for almost a half hour with our empty plates with no one asking if we needed anything else or removing the dirty dishes. Finally our server returned with no apologies or conversation after her gift certificate fiasco. I was so disappointed that our guests had to experience such bad service when I know that Berc’s is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Not to put blame on the server totally as she said there were issues with your system. At the very least someone else should have taken over her gift certificate problem so that she could focus and attend to all of her other paying customers. Very disappointed in our experience last night!!!!

We celebrated my birthday at this wonderful restaurant. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, polite, and very respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The cherry on top was the complimentary slice of cake for my birthday!

Our wedding anniversary meal at Berc's was absolutely delicious, and we were treated to a yummy dessert on the house. The service was exemplary and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience there.
Had larger group and separate dinning area. Server was outstanding and looked after everyone. Ribeye was great!! And garlic cheese toast we exceptional.

A truly perfect dining experience! The fries and fish were incredibly tender, the escargot and ceviche were fresh and flavorful, and the tacos were delightfully crisp and refreshing. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance!
