We went here a few years ago when we had a cottage rental in the area. That was a great experience and we enjoyed some tastings and took a bunch of beer to go.
Today was not so great. We were back in town for an event today and stopped in to have a sample and purchase a few cans to bring home. It started off poorly with a greeting that was less than welcoming. When the bartender finished serving the couple that was ahead of us, I was able to get her to pour me a small taste. It was barely 2 fingers of foam in the bottom of the glass.
We left immediately, disappointed and empty handed.
Hopefully your experience there is far better than ours. Or better still, try the brew pub downtown. Our service there was fast and friendly. A wide assortment available for take out. Very enjoyable.

Today was my first time in the brewery and I have to say I will definitely return. The server Kristen was so personable and easy to talk to. They shared so much knowledge about each beer and gave me a perfect recommendation.

I can’t begin to explain how delicious refreshing and delightful this crafted beer is. I visited the Bobcaygeon Farmers market and bought two variety packs. Each and every single beer that I cracked open, I heard angels singing and giving praise. I’ll definitely recommend and continue purchasing this product.

Awesome spot to stop for beers on the way to cottage country. Our favourites to stock up on are Northern Lights and the seasonal chocolate orange stout.

Tried the bobcaygeon cottage lager and loved it. Super light. Easy to drink. Can design is super pleasing to look at

Came here well on vacation. Was an amazing little place you can sit and have some amazing beers and play some fun board games

A lovely roadside gem! Bobcaygeon is a versatile brewery. We sampled a wide selection of staples and seasonal rotating taps, all of which we enjoyed. The Common Loon and Northern Lights were standouts, and it's clear why they are mainstays of the brewery.

Food selection was good, and many tables were snacking and while they drank. Friendly staff served with A+ customer service (as well as an A+ for his epic beard game!)

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you! This brewery is VERY unassuming but the beer is top notch and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Tried all 3 IPAs on tap at the time and the single hop IPA, Lost In The Woods was my favourite. The only thing that would make this brewery 5 stars is some outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip through Peterborough!

Always friendly staff with a great selection of beers. Cottage lager is an amazing go to summer beer.

The Most Unique Soda I've Ever Had in My Life.

The Artisan Strawberry with Basil is such a unique flavour combination. It makes the strawberry which is already healthy & flavourful even more vegan, healthy, & authentically tasting because you can taste the difference in the strawberry taste to add to the fizz of a soda. Very nice. I love how it's made in Ontario as well. Great straight to the point service. Just a great spot. Also, I love how there's many comfortable seating in here with many customers. Great spot.
