Went for lunch with my sister and had awful service. Our sever was very rude to us, didn’t even put a lemon in my water. Didn’t check in with us at all during the meal to ask if we needed anything. Only showed up after the meal and says “you need a box?”. No asking how the food was, or anything. Even when paying she didn’t say anything to us. Watched other tables get much better service from the other waitress, which was much more pleasant and nice to customers. Disappointed and frustrated that everyone around us was receiving the proper service and we were not.

Went in today with the family to sit on the patio, very nice. Brad the bartender was excellent, very attentive and took great care of us. He’s very knowledgeable about the menu and you can tell he’s had a lot of experience, very happy to have him. Food and atmosphere was great, all around great experience. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We had such a fantastic night at Boston Pizza The Office Trivia Night! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Our server, Austin, was amazing; his energy and friendliness really made our evening special. Huge shoutout to Sean as well for doing such a great job! They made trivia night so much fun, and the service throughout was topnotch. We left happy, full, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience being served by Brad, and I can honestly say he made the entire dinning experience outstanding. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive.
He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations like the Pizza flight which we loved. Even when busy, he checked in often and remembered every detail of our order. He has a great balance of professionalism and a personal upbeat energy.

They are always slow at this location. Don't know if it's a slow kitchen or lack of staff. Tonight, there was only one waiter for both dining room and bar area.

Made a reservation...specified dining room table...and not a high table. Arrived at 615...sorry can only seat you at a high table in the bar...... Brad our server was great...food took forever..and one dinner arrived ten minutes after the other five.
Food was good..but my chicken on my salad tasted like it had been cooked with fish. Why accept reservations if you cannot honour them.
And the opened bottle of ecolab chemicals by the emergency exit was disturbing....
Again our server was very good..but he can only do so much.
