Waitress could not get the order right no matter how many times we asked. Not difficult 2 chicken burgers. One plain burger with fries came with onions bacon and coleslaw. Told waitress and she said you should have told me when I did a table check. Well i would have if she had done a table check but she didn't. Before paying bill I did tell her and she took the bill away. Brought the bill back...no discount no nothing...no tip. Will never go back. Truly bad experience.

The BrickHouse has a very nice atmosphere, burgers are outstanding (nachos are great to) and reasonably priced. Kerri was our server and she made the whole dining experience so much more pleasurable with her welcoming and bubbly personality.Highly recommend!!!!

A very authentic restaurant. There's probably 35 different Burgers to choose from on the menu all sorts of handhelds, and main dishes. The service was very friendly the food came out fast but we were the only ones in the restaurant. The aesthetic is very busy and historical. There's a stage right in the middle of the dining room. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. The hamburgers were handmade and delicious all the toppings refresh the french fries are hand-cut at the restaurant and very good! Our server Sarah was delightful and very helpful.

I love this place. We order from here at least once a month and I've never been disappointed. The burgers and poutine are delicious.Also, i love all of the burger substitution options!! My fiance can't eat protein due to a genetic disorder called PKU; and Brickhouse gives us an option to get a large mushroom instead of a hamburger. This is one of the only meals in town that we can both comfortably enjoy and I'm so grateful for that.

Best Peterborough Burger Restaurant.Amazing Burger & Amazing Service.The Ultimate Burger with the old cheddar & onion rings is such a great flavour profile to add to the burger. Wow! The service was very friendly & comfortable as well. Really happy with my experience here. Wonderful place - Brickhouse Craft Burger.
Loved everything. The burger was just as promised and the fries were really good. We usually don't eat them all, but we did here! The salad was very good as well. My husband had a ? and I a glass of white wine. Great value and excellent food with great service. Highly recommended!

My son ordered a beyond meat burger through skip, ate a few bites and realized it was real meat. He has been vegetarian for 9 years and this was a terrible experience for him. He is serious about not consuming meat, not only that, he hasn’t in so long it made him feel sick and awful. When the restaurant was contacted they apologized and said they will refund it. Didn’t send out a new order, didn’t seem too concerned with it. This is a huge oversight, not like forgetting a topping. So disappointing and frustrating. Terrible service.

My husband and I had worked all day. We craved a burger so we ordered takeout from the Brickhouse. The order was ready in a reasonable timeframe. I was not impressed to see the plastic containers however, I will say that the food was still hot upon arrival. Both my husband and I ordered bacon cheeseburgers with fries. This was one of the best takeout burgers we have had the pleasure of enjoying! The quality of the burger and the seasoning plus the toppings and the soft bun were unbelievable. We received a free fry with chipotle sauce which was fantastic! I would order again.

Really wasn’t impressed overall with the place. Ate there a while back and I had the veggie burger. When I asked about it I was assured it was homemade and the waiter couldn’t remember what exactly was in it but it’s “mixed up in a bowl.” It was a frozen veggie burger with a bit of bbq sauce on it. We spent $124 in total in this place. I won’t go back. There’s other places to go.
