Orders a baconator, genuinely tasted like they had taken a cigarette and ground it onto the patty as a spice. I still feel terrible. Do not order from here.

Just into Burger King ordered two whoppers and two lemonades, whoppers were not correct, there was only one lemonade ended up paying more, Server kept saying my bad my bad! the place wasn’t busy ..had to repeat order several times, not happy at all. Will not return.

However...
You know when you're driving and just jamming fries into your face hole not paying attention to the food and to the road like youre supposed to? Well that's what i was doing. I suddenly got a OVERWHELMING taste of mold just as I was swallowing, almost choked trying to stop the swallow, spit out what I could onto my passenger seat. And yep.... a moldy fry. Im now currently ejecting my stomach contents on/off hours later.
Won't be eating there again....

The store is very dated. However, service is always prompt and comes with a smile. The food is consistent and tastes good. And, they don't charge you for extra condiments.
Can't go wrong here. They have lots of value items if you're feeling thrifty too!

On June 19th I tried the drive through and I was the 6 car at the end waiting but something must have happened as the line did not move for over 5 minutes so I decided to back up and park my car and I walked into the Burger King on Landsdowne at 8.30pm. There was no lineup at the till but the staff seemed backed up for some reason.and the manger seemed irritated.
Finally after another 5 minutes the manger took my order. I paid for it got my drink and
there was a couple in front of me that said they have been waiting a long and told me to look behind the counter. I did and it was disgustingly dirty. I took these two pictures and the so called manager at that time yelled at me that I can’t take any pictures. I said I’m going to because the restaurant is not clean and sanitary. She then proceeded to speak in a language the rest of the staff knew but I don’t. My meal had not been prepared yet when I took these pictures and I have no idea what she said. I did not feel comfortable about what she said to the staff. . For the record I’m not some kid. I am in my 60’s and have been a regular customer but mostly mornings at this place. I’m not writing this looking for a free anything or for anyone to be reprimanded for what happened but to let the franchise owner know. I have no idea who even owns this store as I would as a previous business owner myself contacted them directly instead of doing it this way.
There was what looks like food waste on the floor open dips, fries etc that had not been cleaned in a while. The funny thing is there was a young girl emptying a garbage can in the dining area and the tables had not been cleaned. For the amount of people that use this restaurant maybe you should have a person full time that’s job is to constantly clean. It was not the dinner rush and I’m not sure what has happened but like I said there was one couple ahead of me waiting and by the time I placed my order tow more guys behind me. That mess had been there for a while. Needless to say the food was not great and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly but for few people in line moved slowly. The restaurant was mostly clean but the bathroom was disgusting. Someone made a huge mess which dried so it was not cleaned for sometime. If not for the staffs politeness this would be 1 star.

We ordered a bunch of cheese burgers. Last time was really bad. I wanted to give it another go, cook. And I'm glad I did. Everything was good. We also got Iced cream which was fine. Our last purchase was really bad

But I gave it another go.. and it was really good.
A lot of it is the cook clearly. Why crap on a bunch of good employees because of a bad seed..

It was out of lack of time and the chain was right out of grocery shopping after a work shift so I decided hey, $5 jr combo's for the kids seems ideal, why not get a few with some $3 nuggets.
Order: 4x nuggets $2.99 + 3x JR. Combo for $5.00 flat.
The total was $51! HOW!? Glad I asked for receipt because it turns out they tried upselling me on Medium fries even though I didn't ask for that, I asked for the deal and it turns out they tried slapping me as an adult combo for each one even though it's clearly a JR combo - and didn't even ask me if I wanted to do it that way but how in any place on Earth do they justify for a medium fries and drink on 3x orders a $20 up charge!?
Reciepts attached: good luck ever getting me to go back now, I was lucky enough to point out the math flaw to get my cash back, but I shouldn't even have had to. This was an attempt to gouge on those that don't pay attention to their orders and blanket accept the system results inputted by a staff that clearly doesn't listen.
Anyways meal itself tasted okay - the combo's were fresh but the nuggets were clearly under a heat lamp way too long, shriveled and dried up. The lesson, be careful ordering here especially drive-thru where clearly even after months they still don't listen to their customers or understand math...

One mistake, two mistake, three mistake out.
Strike One: First an order for 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 jalepino came to $40.99
Math result: (2x6.99) + (2x5} = ? x 1.13 tax. Total should have been $27.10
Second gave us back only $9 in change to make up the difference.
Math result : 40.99-27.10 = $13.89 hrm...
Then we got the price sorted out got the rest in change: BUT...
Have no receipt to prove it.
I appreciate new higher mistakes, maybe not have them on drive-thru on a Friday night.

Nice clean store. Staff were super nice and helpful. Honestly, the food was kinda Meh but I don't really like burger King a lot.....but then staff made the place.
* edit ...I should've mentioned the other two people with me loved their meals on Whopper Wednesday. Poorly written...just not my personal favorite. I made the review because the staff did such a great job. April 30th, 2025 close to noon.
Ordered chicken but got fish instead. Fries were crap.
This burger King is generally good at making their food and always make up for their mistakes. They've forgotten even just sauce for the nuggets. Although my husband was grumpy to go back, they were absolutely great about it and gave us a few pies too. They are always polite when we go.
Outdated decor, doesn't really matter to me but seats are marked unable to be used. No urinal leaving one usable toilet in the bathroom with the toilet paper dispenser falling off.
Staff didn't seem too interested in anything (besides the cook) I was looking at the back of three heads for what seemed like forever before even being acknowledged, the cook was busy and working hard.
One girl was on her phone facing away not doing a thing, one guy was clearly focused purely on the not very busy drive through and another girl seemed to be actually busy in the front and the back but was facing away and wouldn't look at the front until she came back and took my order. Then a 3rd girl appeared and handed me my order after the busy lady left.
Not sure why I chose burger King today, but this experience at this location made me regret it (food was prepared well by the cook though)
Not sure who was working today around lunch time today, but the woman at the speaker, her customer service is incredible every time I go, she goes above and beyond
