I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich for take away today. Honestly, IT WAS THE BEST SANDWICH OF MY LIFE! Even without this life changing sandwich I would have given you 5 stars as I have always loved your yummy salads, awesome staff, your use of local produce, and responsible packaging.
My friend and I had seen a lot of people coming and going from here and decided to try it for lunch. I had the potato dill salad with Montreal smoked meat sandwich combo. The bread and food was out of this world! My friend had the roasted chicken sandwich with chick pea salad and some coleslaw. She loved hers as well! Apparently, we heard murmurs from the patrons that the soups are wonderful but they didn't have any on the menu yesterday. You can take out of sit down. Cute...
I grabbed lunch to go and was very pleasantly surprised. This is a gem of a lunch place! I had a small salad and was able to try three different salads of the 8 or 10 on offer. I chose a curried chick pea, an Asian noodle and a maple and balsamic glazed beets. All three were delightful, full of flavor and fresh ingredients. I topped that off with chocolate diablo cookies-ginger, cayenne and rock salt-wow! Their menu is posted everyday online.
