The best place in Peterborough for salads. So flavourful and great options to choose from. Love the chickpea, balsamic beets, kale and soy vermicelli. I have been going to By the Bridge for years and it's just as good every time.
I absolutely love that you brought back your walk in lunch specials! I have enjoyed catering from By The Bridge as well. Bridget and her team make delicious, healthy meals.
I enjoyed the mix and match salads (soy vermicelli, kale crunch and spinach salad) with a side of jalapeno deviled eggs. They have sandwiches too. My favourites are the egg salad and the sweet potato feta. Their meats are good too.
