Beware of food poisoning. I got the pepper chicken, spicy noodles, plantains and rice with peas!!! Case reported to public health! Time to hold these establishments accountable for their ridiculous services & ignorance of people health. Wasted $14
Food poisoning
Got food poisoning immediately. Had ordered shrimp, rice and vegetable. Ate a few shrimps and felt sick after sometime and had to puke. Never going to buy from here again.
Good food and good price
Good food
Food portion is very less
Used to be so good but has unfortunately gone down hill in terms of quality of food, freshness and quantity, and price.
Mango is tasty only..food little bit smelly
Wasn’t expecting much from a food court restaurant but was pleasantly surprised. Great meal!! Beef, jerk chicken and eggplant were really tasty with generous portions.

Oxtail is boiled and then bathed in gravy. It’s not authentic. $16.99 with a veggie and a carb.
The plantains are good. The problem is they don’t disclose the cost. Only till you get to the register you realize you’re now paying $26+ because this side order is $6.59!!

THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE THEIR OXTAIL IS NOT OXTAIL, THE RICE TASTES AS THOUGH IT HAS BEEN COOKING FOR WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND THE COLESLAW IS RUNNY
Will never eat from this place again. I ordered oxtail...what a disappointment it was. Location was stc Next time hire someone that knew how to cook authentic oxtail. Oxtail was like they boiled the meat and just dump gravy on it.

If you're craving some Caribbean flavors and thinking of hitting up Caribbean Queen at Scarborough Town Centre, let me save you a trip.
Picture this: you're all excited, ready for a delicious meal, but then you get handed a container that's barely half full. Seriously, it's like they measured it with a teaspoon! The portion was so tiny, I thought it was a sample.
And the customer service? Well, let's just say I've had more enthusiasm from a rock. The lady behind the counter seemed determined to set a new record for stinginess. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it sure felt like she was taking it out on my dinner .
So, if you like your food portions as big as your appetite and appreciate friendly service, Caribbean Queen might not be your best bet. Until they step up their game, I'd recommend taking your cravings elsewhere. ??

Had the oxtail with rice and peas here. The oxtail sauce was too runny and way too salty. I've had oxtail and peas in many other Caribbean places, and I think that this place isn't authentically Caribbean in the way they cook the food. The food was more of a Caribbean/Asian style. Rather than spend $16.95 on the oxtail, spend your $16.95 on the lamb shank instead. You'll get more meat out of it compared to the oxtail.
My husband and I decided to try this place out. Truly disappointed and mildly disgusted. Old chicken mixed with new chicken. Didn’t taste fresh at all. The potatoes in the chicken curry were hard and not cooked properly , the curry powder tasted very strong, too much used. Don’t recommend.
