I'd give it 3 and a half if I could. It's small and does have the necessities but not much else. Good baked goods and like I said it has everything that you may need food wise when everything else is closed. Always open holidays when everything else is closed and Charlotte Pantry has saved my butt when I've forgotten something while cooking a holiday meal.

We love the baked goods from here. The breads are always great. Their desserts like the butter tarts, muffins are so fresh. This place has a hometown feel to it. It’s even got a sandwich counter that you can order a fresh one to go.

It’s alright, not stellar but I didn’t have a particularly bad experience. I didn’t have issues with customer service like some people reported, but the baked goods seemed sub par, like they had been out for awhile and overall much of the shelves were picked over. I was expecting a small grocer based on their signage outside, but it was more like a convenience store (and priced accordingly). I feel neutral about this experience, but upon reading other peoples reviews and hearing how they treat others and handle criticism, I will not be back. It’s unfortunate as I believe it’s a store with a lot of potential.

Just got followed around the store by a man who then wandered into the back room after I left. It’s sad to see the shops in my town become so unwelcoming. Ive had a good time in the past, used to come here often. But now it seems like they assume everyone is trying to steal from them. The atmosphere has changed here.

How does this place pass a fire inspection when the main exit is barricaded? It's dark and feels like constant electronic surveillance. The atmosphere is much like 1984. Prices are higher than elsewhere. Selection is scant.
