Very very disappointed with tonight’s order !! I ordered tonight for a quesadilla and paid almost $20.00 for it through uber eats . It arrived , looked good and the restaurant follows the request for addional sour cream BUT as I picked up the first piece I noticed it was awfully thin compared to what the quesadillas usually look like I start to eat it and noticed right away it was very bland plain and there was almost no chicken inside ! It was pretty much just a tortilla with almost nothing to fill it . I opened it up and was shocked ! A few pieces of chicken and nothing more . The audacity of whomever made this to send this out that way has many questions brewing in my mind on who on earth would feel that’s acceptable especially when it looks like this . I’m hoping the restaurant will reach out and make this encounter right because in todays economy with costs going up and people are spending 20$ to have something nice for a change and this is what $20.00 is getting me .. I may aswell made it at home

Servers try hard, well lit and lots of TV's if you're there to watch it.
Steak was grossly overcooked, Mashed potatoes were unedible to anyone at our table. Supervisor didn’t care enough to apologize or even acknowledge.

I am Carnivore so the steak bites are perfect for me. I have been to 5 separate locations and always happy with everything..plus, if you wait until after 9:00 the apps are half price..

My husband and I were here last night for dinner and honestly don’t think I would come back. I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it tasted burnt, didn’t enjoy my meal at all. My husband had fries with his meal and to be honest they tasted terrible, very bland. Service wasn’t the greatest to be honest, never came back to check on our meal at all once she dropped off our meal and water. When she did come back we were done and it really wasn’t that busy, I seen the other waitress in our section more and I could see she (blonde girl)was busy but was attentive to her customers not like ours was. I still tipped only cause I was a waitress for over 25 years and I know the process
Also want to make mention how dirty the menus were as well, especially the one that sits on the table, you could feel the dirt on them and see it as well, as a customer that’s a turn off

We went to restaurant first time visit past Saturday night. After receiving cold food twice. I ended up with just a salad. I went to bathroom before leaving. I found broken Crack pipe in the bathroom. I went directly to outer waitress she blamed it on" homeless people from the night before."Why was it not picked up. She blamed "the cleaning staff from night before. What if someone let child attend bathroom on their own to find what what sparkle glass on the floor. Her remark was" we don't get kids in here"

very disappointed.. food was lacking, one meal was missing part of it and it took almost half hour to get the missing chicken fingers The fries were cardboard tasting and under cooked. Will not be back
