Seems as everything I wanted wasn't available or even any good. "Oh the iced cap machine is broken". So I order the raspberry blackcurrant iced tea. DISGUSTING. I should've taken it back it tasted like water. No flavour, no sugar, no nothing. Waste of money. If I wanted water I'd go home and get water. I had to dump it because in no way was i able to even get past the taste of it. It was like putting a single raspberry in a cup of water and calling it iced tea. I tried everything to make it taste better, yeah no. That needs to be taken off their menu because it was gross. Just saying. Ans my donut was getting stale... I think I'll stick to Tim hortons. At least their drinks have flavor and machines work.

Coffee is good, staff super friendly, most of the time when I go to a drive thru it’s for food.. I get some kind of breakfast bagel every time I come and even if I’m the only one in drive thru I know it’ll be a minimum 10 minute wait. I have NO idea what takes so long, every single time. The quality however is better than before renovations. Portion still feels small and a breakfast bagel hardly fills me up. The fritters & donuts look awesome but I’m not a big sweets person!

So many options I didn’t know Coffee Time offered! Had a fireplace with seats around it. 20 minute limit is odd seeing how it’s on a highway but it is very spacious and has many options.
The staff are absolutely endearing. They were upbeat, cheery and clearly fond of eachother. It has a welcoming atmosphere. The product is larger than Tim Hortons and a much tastier and fluffier donut. I highly recommend the cherry cruller.

Wasn't happy how she was this afternoon. Ask for hot mocha latte and she said she didn't know what is that, I have to instruct her half coffee half hot chocolate., how I wish she could give me some cream or milk with it. I didn't mind the dry chocolate muffins but this lady who took my order around 5pm wasn't friendly nor kind to ask me what I want with my hot beverage order with. ??? sad.

Would be there a lot more often if you were open. 8:30 closing time is way too early. You are missing all the traffic from the racetrack, car track and casino during prime season. Coffee, food and service is excellent!.

I prefer Coffee Time's coffee over Tim Hortons coffee any day. Their doughnuts are huge. The apple fritters are to die for! They are so big that 2 people can share one. Being in a somewhat remote area, it's never too crowded, and the staff are very laid back. It's a great choice shop.
