I love this place a lot. Coffee is good, natas are delicious, and the ambience is friendly. The only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is accessibility: high stools are not accessible for everybody and the downstairs washroom is hard to access as well. Adding more lower tables would make the place less trendy but would make it more welcoming for all.

EDIT: I went yesterday. The coffee is still great and the place is beautiful. Service is good. But there are still only 6 accessible seats aka chairs on the main floor. The rest of the furniture is high stools and lower couches. That makes me sad.

Great place for coffee or tea. Beats other fancy coffee establishments, in my opinion. We enjoy ambience, friendly stuff, and consistency in quality. One morning they run out of Almond croissants, and made some for us fresh and hot, when we inquire about it.?

Fantastic service, when they ran out of something last visit they made sure to go down to the store for it. Also lots of working space, good deserts and drinks.

First time going and will be back! Croissant breakfast sandwich was great, cappuccino was great, london fog tea was great, and what ever hot sauce they use is also great. Was a great breaskfest experience ?

This is a nice space, comfortable and inviting, unfortunately the food and drinks are inferior quality, the staff are pleasant but slow.

Good cafe for working or socializing if you can either tolerate or block out loud noise. Food is great, espresso drinks are good, both on the expensive side. Service is friendly but inconsistent: there have been times when I go in and there are three staff with their backs to a lineup of potential customers. I *really* appreciate the times when I go in and am at least greeted/acknowledged even when the counter is really busy… just sayin’!
