This place was filthy. Washrooms were disgusting & every empty table looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. We left and went to Tim Horton's a few hundred yards down the road.

Hummingbird...I want to say good things but the bathroom was a disaster. 2 stalls....one had a broken toilet with toilet paper, the working toilet had no toilet paper....there was almost no hand soap in the replacement dispenser....I've seen better and expect more from a restaurant. Hopenits better next time we drive past or we will need to find a new rest stop on our way home from the cottage.

These Franchises are quite scarce…food is ok… donuts are not fresh… frozen and reheated… coffee was good… prices a bit steep for the quality you’re getting…my donut was old… took a bite and spit it out…

Friendly welcoming staff! Restaurant is so clean, washrooms spotless. Food is so fresh! We ordered warm sub, BLT bagels, assorted donuts, coffee. Coffee so delicious I bought bag of fresh ground coffee to enjoy at home.
What is most touching, is the manager saw us drive up after closing time. He said I figured you needed to use rest rooms. He kept the store open for us.
Manager was proud when I noticed how clean everything looked. He said thank you, I cleaned everything myself. What an amazing and dedicated worker.
We left them all a tip and will definitely return. Stop in each weekend on our way up to cottage.

This place really fell off. Used to be great. This was our regular stop along the way to the kawartha lakes. However recently, service and food fell off. Staff act like they don't want to be here. Won't really follow any instructions you give them and will make your food how they feel like making it at that time. Very slow service as well. Expect to wait 15 minutes for a bagel. 5 people present, only 2 are actually working.
