Friendly welcoming staff! Restaurant is so clean, washrooms spotless. Food is so fresh! We ordered warm sub, BLT bagels, assorted donuts, coffee. Coffee so delicious I bought bag of fresh ground coffee to enjoy at home.
What is most touching, is the manager saw us drive up after closing time. He said I figured you needed to use rest rooms. He kept the store open for us.
Manager was proud when I noticed how clean everything looked. He said thank you, I cleaned everything myself. What an amazing and dedicated worker.
We left them all a tip and will definitely return. Stop in each weekend on our way up to cottage.

This place really fell off. Used to be great. This was our regular stop along the way to the kawartha lakes. However recently, service and food fell off. Staff act like they don't want to be here. Won't really follow any instructions you give them and will make your food how they feel like making it at that time. Very slow service as well. Expect to wait 15 minutes for a bagel. 5 people present, only 2 are actually working.

Forgot my wallet and they let me take my order while I went and got my money. The wrap was way better than tim Hortons and coffee was good. I'll be going here instead of tims now

Pictured is the bagel I received today via their drive-thru window. Definitely burnt. I asked for cheddar and butter, but there was no butter to be found. I found the staff are friendly and nice, but that does not make up for paying almost 7 dollars for a coffee and a burnt bagel not made as requested. The last time I stopped here, I received a bagel with butter and they didn’t give me the cheddar I requested. I don’t think I’ll give them a third chance - I think I’m done. There’s a Tim Hortons just down the street.

Great food, coffee was delicious, I just wish the Chinese people and the brown people that were sitting in there would of left me alone to my food, (little comments about how I was dressed covered in dirt after working the whole day, and staring at me.)
Washroom smell hit me hard. The whole place could used a good mopping.

I walked in, went to the bathroom and found a waste paper basket full of vomit propped against the toilet and leaking onto the floor. I tried to get the attention of an employee and was ignored, so i walked back out. I would not eat at a place this dirty in any case.

Service The service was not great. I wasn’t told about any deals when buying my sandwich, was not asked if I wanted to combo my sandwich, and wasn’t given any napkins as well. I also found the girl taking my order to be very short with me to the point it was almost rude. I understand being short with customers if it was busy but besides myself there was only one car in the drive through.
Food I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was burned to the point it was bitter and the egg was almost mushy and was cold. I also purchased a muffin but it was the incorrect flavour, but I will say the muffin was alright, it was the standard country style muffin.
All in all I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
