Over visiting from Scotland. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere and community. Amazing vibes and people. I could not recommend this place more. Credit to Kim and John 🇨🇦 🏴
Great local. Friendly crowd, good live music and the pie is worth the wait. Kim, the owner is always there with a smile!

The Crook and Coeffer by far is the best pub in Peterborough. The staff are all so personable and friendly. This week I had the burger and frites and they were delicious. I will definitely be trying all of their menu items.

We went here because it got 4.7 stars on Google Reviews. I'm struggling to give it one star. My friend and I both had the cheeseburger special with fries. The burger was a hockey puck, and both it and the fries were obviously previously frozen. The burger was dry and extremely overcooked - maybe that's why it took a half hour from when we ordered until they brought the food. We were not given any cutlery.
When the waitress asked if everything was ok, we told her how terrible the food was. She said she'd let them know. Nothing was done. There was no offer to replace the food. When we were given the bill, I asked what they said when she told them how bad our food was. She said they apologized and that it was really busy, but there were only 5 people inside sitting at the bar when we arrived. .
While it wasn't very expensive ($12 each), I resent paying for something so bad. We definitely won't be back.

Nice place to have a drink. Food was overpriced and not very good. Music was very good but too loud for the size of the place.

The Truffle Frites Poutine is so HEAVENLY.
They are so good. Wow! The fries were so thin & tasted exceptional, the texture & perfect saltiness. Making it a Poutine takes it to the NEXT LEVEL. Wow! Also, I love the interior design here especially the washroom. Feels great inside here, friendly atmosphere. Lots of laughter & fun.

Small loud place. Only hotdogs and pretzels on Sunday.
Small venue. Well loved by the locals and with good reason. Limited menu, but the nachos were good, but vegetarian.
