Never have a been to a place that makes you order rice separately from your butter chicken for 3.99$
Excellent Indian cuisine, amazing atmosphere and friendly service which is second to none. The two brothers who own this jewel are justifiably proud of their achievement This is our go to place for special events, or simply to enjoy an amazing experience.
This has been our go-to place for special occasions for a long time. They never disappoint! The food is wonderful and the service is exemplary. They cook with a real passion for food and for pleasing their customers, and we hope they are around for many years to come!
Love this place. The lamb madras is amazing, and so is the owner. My family orders here at least once a month.
Had lunch there today. Delicious! The service was also top notch. So friendly.
Great indian food. Friendly service
Delicious food at a great price! Thank you!
We came in intending to get one dish each and ended up ordering so much we could explode, cannot recommend enough and the people that run it are incredibly nice
Nice, friendly people. Delicious food
I ordered a takeout last week and the food was horrible. Chicken Tandoori was so dry and hard - not fresh. It looked and felt like it was reheated. Ordered a shrimp and chicken biriyani - both were so soggy -did not even taste or look like biriyani! Chicken gravy was so bad. Only the naans, Green Salad, packaging, and the Customer service was good. My first order here and will never go back. Spent over 90$ for the takeout order and it was so disappointing.

Our friends suggested we try Curry Village and we were not disappointed! We had a fabulous lunch of fresh food with delicious spice. The service was exemplary. We’ll be grabbing some take out every time we’re down Peterborough way. Recommend!
I ordered chicken biryani. It was horrible. The rice was soggy, there was raw onions etc. The person who made the dish has never seen or tasted proper biryani.
Just tried Aloo Gobi and this restaurant very first time. Good food and service. Very kind man at the desk.
Best Indian food restaurant in Peterborough hands down. Always has been and still is!
Fantastic, friendly experience with fresh tasty food. Clearly the 30 years in service is well deserved and has created a wonderful restaurant for authentic Indian cuisine. Truly a hidden gem in the heart of the downtown.
