“great service and food, however it’s strange to me that some people feel comfortable changing their babies poopy diaper, right on the booth in the open where people are trying to eat. actually very disgusting, and calls for a major lack of appetite and appreciation for the environment of the store. there’s bathrooms, and baby change tables for a reason. use them.“

“We went through drive-thru, and ordered 2 burgers, I'll say this, it was by FAR a major improvement on the burgers they had 10 yrs ago (was microwaved) ... The burgers we had today were far above expectations, possibly one of the best burgers I've had in a while (top 5)“

“We just had an early supper at the DQ on Chemong Road. Kaitlyn was our server - I hope I have spelled her name correctly - apologies if not. This location is very clean - the food was GREAT - fast and hot and yummy - but the best part of the experience was Kaitlyn! We had sooooo many questions for her, and special requests, and we went back up to the counter for various reasons at least a couple or five times - we really were quite needy lol. Kaitlyn was sooooo polite and kind and professional and fun! She works extremely hard, and she made our meal out that much better because of her attitude and her kindness. The manager was there - another GEM - super nice and kind and I saw her being so attentive to her young staff - she's the epitome of a GREAT manager - works really hard - pays attention to everything and supports her staff. This DQ is a WONDERFUL ambassador for the DQ brand!! Every employee we saw was smiling and they all seemed to be such a great team. Thank you for providing such fabulous customer service - we really appreciated it!! Oh, and thank you for helping us to rationalize needing to finish off a BIG meal with ice cream - appreciated the support!! lol“
