Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

While the customer service was great and the food was what is expected the resturant smells like sewer/sewage. It's off putting for dine in or customers coming into the store to order take out. I can't imagine the staff enjoy the smell every shift either.
I hope this is investigated so the source of the problem can be determined and remedied quickly.
In addition thr tables are not wiped down and this would be a quick 5 min job for staff between preparing orders.
Thank you for taking this feedback seriously, everyone loves DQ, let's keep it that way by having a store front to match the companies reputation.

Staff very nice and friendly, service fast, but price for what you get is not there.

I have called at least over 15 times in the past 2 hours and no one will pick up the phone. I even called back late cuz maybe they were busy but seriously to not answer the phone when a costumer has called over 15 times in the span of two hours is ridiculous behavior for a food joint especially for something like dairy queen

I bought 2-6 piece chicken strip meals tonight. $37.27. Seriously? Wouldn’t have even been that bad but the strips were tiny…more like McNuggets they were so small. I don’t normally complain but I was having a bad day and this topped it off. I should have went to Popeyes instead.

We went through drive-thru, and ordered 2 burgers, I'll say this, it was by FAR a major improvement on the burgers they had 10 yrs ago (was microwaved) ... The burgers we had today were far above expectations, possibly one of the best burgers I've had in a while (top 5)

My husband and my in laws all had dinner there last night and all have food poisoning one needed hospitalized.

The food was delivered quickly, the service was great and the food was hot! Pricey but worth it as far as fast food goes.

Very dirty. Floors are dirty, tables and walks are dirty, even the young woman who served us had something all over the front of her shirt. We took our ice-cream outside and if we hadn't promised ice-cream to a 2 yr old, we wouldn't have even bought that.

Everything was great, and they even had plastic straws! Staff was super friendly, even brought out the stuff we forgot to the parking lot. Definitely recommend
