The older ladies working the till (assuming mangers) were some of the most miserable people I’ve ever talked to, don’t work in customer service if you wanna act that way

My daughter and I arrived at 10:19. Store closes at 10:30. When my young daughter got out of the car she noticed the women employee looking at her through the drive thru window shaking her head at her and mouthing “no no” waving her away. Very unprofessional and rude since the store is not closing until 10:30 and there are no notices on the door that they were closing early.

The worst customer service ever. The two girls (one older, one younger) were both extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never come back to this location at all. Felt so unwelcoming & straight attitude. You only hire certain individuals like these guys when you want to lose customers. I’m not one to ever give feedback but the way these girls ruined my night with their attitude.

Me and my sister visited DQ on Sep 15 at about 7:15 pm and we each had two coupons for a free small blizzard. We went through the drive through and let them know about the same. We placed our order and as we went to the window, she took our coupons. She didn’t have her nametag on her but it was probably a teenage kiddo. She opened the window to say that we couldn’t use the coupons but their manager who was really kind stopped her from saying so and she shut the window abruptly. She then opened the window again and said “for future, it’s one coupon per person” and then closed the drive through window again while her supervisor kept saying “it’s okay”, she was really rude and unkind throughout the entire interaction. I wish she listened to her supervisors and was not this unpleasant to deal with it. She probably was having a bad day but I guess it takes a really mature person to not pass that along. She just further added to the turmoil of our day. I wish we had not gone to this location. Her energy travelled before her words did.

We visited this location yesterday and ordered two plain kiddie cones. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff could benefit from additional training in customer service, as the interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming.

When we received our cones, the soft serve was noticeably different from the usual DQ quality. It lacked the signature creamy, firm texture and instead had a melted consistency with a gritty taste. It seemed like the machine wasn’t working properly or the mix wasn't fresh.

Although this is the closest location to my home, I’ll be making the extra drive to the Lansdowne/High Street location moving forward, where the quality and service have consistently been much better.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by the NICEST girl I've ever come across in customer service EVER today. Went out of her way to ask me how my day was going, was super polite and positive and just an absolute gem of a person! A rockstar employee, as I know the owner of this location personally I know you'd impress one hard person to impress ! Keep on the amazing positive, friendly professional service !

Went through drive thru and when we I held the tray in my hands one of the drinks started leaking everywhere and all over my phone because the lid wasn't on properly and then when we were trying to get our Sunday out of the cup holders to bring it inside it started leaking everywhere because AGAIN the lids weren't sturdy or put in properly but your food is good but the fries I got are like stale.

I came in on a hot day, today, and I ordered the Reese’s crunch blizzard and I ask them to add cookie dough, I got it in the drive-through and I scooped all around and there was no cookie dough to be seen, so I go inside and ask if they put cookie dough in it because I wasn’t seeing any anywhere and the lady said yep we put the cookie dough inside, and then by the time I’m finished my blizzard I had not even one piece of cookie dough. Blatantly lied to my face. Pathetic, just admit you didn’t put it in and then make it right. I’m gonna be going to the Lansdowne location for sure next time.

The Putin was terrible. The gravy was clumpy and jelly. French fries were cold and most of them were hard. The double patty mushroom burger was louke warm and the mushroom sauce was cold. Not a good job at all. Won't go back to this DQ. Terrible.
