Me and my sister visited DQ on Sep 15 at about 7:15 pm and we each had two coupons for a free small blizzard. We went through the drive through and let them know about the same. We placed our order and as we went to the window, she took our coupons. She didn’t have her nametag on her but it was probably a teenage kiddo. She opened the window to say that we couldn’t use the coupons but their manager who was really kind stopped her from saying so and she shut the window abruptly....
Had the absolute pleasure of being served by the NICEST girl I've ever come across in customer service EVER today. Went out of her way to ask me how my day was going, was super polite and positive and just an absolute gem of a person! A rockstar employee, as I know the owner of this location personally I know you'd impress one hard person to impress ! Keep on the amazing positive, friendly professional service !
Dropped by on a scorching day and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food—fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed. That said, the customer service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, likely due to how busy it was, and it made the experience feel rushed.
