Dropped by on a scorching day and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food—fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed. That said, the customer service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, likely due to how busy it was, and it made the experience feel rushed.
It’s Dairy Queen, overpriced ice cream, but somedays - worth it. Should upgrade their system, so they can scan for the point system. No point in a point system if you can’t collect points.
We just had an early supper at the DQ on Chemong Road. Kaitlyn was our server - I hope I have spelled her name correctly - apologies if not. This location is very clean - the food was GREAT - fast and hot and yummy - but the best part of the experience was Kaitlyn!
