We really used to like this place but lately we have been disappointed to receive food that’s just barely warm. Hot fries, lukewarm cheeseburgers. This has occurred on three different occasions. It’s like they had the burgers just sitting out somewhere getting cold and decided to include them in the order. I know I should have complained but each time this occurred we were pressed for time so we didn’t go in. I’m not looking for a refund or credit or anything like that from this DQ. I merely wish they’d be more attentive to the overall order. Thankfully there are two other locations to choose from.

Wasik girl taking order was irritating. She kept repeating what I said 4 or 5 times I finally walked away, my husband finished. Was disappointed no sunday with the chicken finger meal. Food ok expensive.

Worker told them they didn't need a sundae when it was another one they didn't need. In turn we waited a long time for our last item when everything else was melting. When finally served the worker seemed irritated. This location has become very unorganized and workers are not the most pleasant.

The employees dont hav ex attention to detail and also don’t provide proper packaging ,this is literally 7/8th time the employees didnt pack the blizzards properly

We had a great experience here! Alvia went out of her way to make our order perfect.

Went to this dq with my wife, usually have good service, we ordered two blizzards one with cookie dough and the other with peanut butter, went home and found that all we had was expensive plain ice cream no toppings. Tried to call the dq back twice during the day no one picked up the phone. Really disappointed with the lack of quality

Food and service was good. We didn't get any icecream because we weren't able to add it to our combos instead of a fountain pop. I would've paid the difference but it has to be purchased separately.so no combo price at all.
In the future I would like to see a meal combo with a blizzard instead of the fountain drink.

great service and food, however it’s strange to me that some people feel comfortable changing their babies poopy diaper, right on the booth in the open where people are trying to eat. actually very disgusting, and calls for a major lack of appetite and appreciation for the environment of the store. there’s bathrooms, and baby change tables for a reason. use them.
