I LOVE Dominos, I never order from anyone else, pizza is always amazingly great, never ever have I had a problem, not EVER. ( And that goes for any city I am in and I travel a lot! Dominos is always my go to choice!!!!!

The Dominoes at this location has always been exceptional. Even when busy. This afternoon, I ordered dinner last minute and the had it ready within 12 minutes. It was hot and had fresh ingredients. My family loved it. Thank you

We went in looking for a Gluten free pizza for My gluten intolerent mother.
Simmsian the employee that was in and someone else who i did not interact with. Took Great care in showing us the making of the gluten free pizza (wash hands, gloves, new ingredents, fresh clean tools) and with all this care there was a pay off which my mother was not contaminated by this pizza and she Really enjoyed it will be stopping here again for pizza if the gluten friendly service continues
(for those reading this we did show up earlier in the work day so they could take more time preparing the pizza. instead of trying during rush hours)

Cold Food, Long Wait
My pizza arrived over an hour late and it was ice cold. No apology, no explanation. It’s shocking how little they care about their customers. Easily the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever dealt with

Late Night Delivery Failure
Ordered at 11:00 PM and waited outside until almost midnight. No call, no update. When I finally received my order, the delivery guy acted like it was my fault. Totally unprofessional. Why even offer late-night service if you can’t handle it?

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I wasted 30 agonizing minutes waiting for an update on my damn order, only to be met with an attitude so hostile it felt like a personal attack. The woman on the phone was a masterclass in rude indifference, offering zero effort to help or even a basic explanation for the delay. If you're so miserable at your job, then QUIT! Don't you dare unleash your pathetic misery on paying customers who just want what they ordered. This level of disrespect is INFURIATING and frankly, UNFORGIVABLE!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant’s delivery service. After placing my order, I waited for 30 minutes and called to check on the status. I was told the delivery person was looking for me in the parking lot, even though I never received a call or message. The restaurant is only about 100 meters away, so this delay made no sense. I continued waiting outside in the parking lot at 11:30 PM, and it took another 35-40 minutes before the delivery person finally arrived. When I asked about the delay, his response was dismissive, saying he had other orders to deal with.

This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I couldn’t help but feel that the level of service I received was influenced by my background. It seemed as if the staff assumed someone like me didn’t deserve the same level of respect or efficiency given to others. I truly hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and addresses the bias and poor service, so future customers—regardless of who they are—can receive the fair and respectful treatment they deserve.
